Charging me for chili oil in my take out order started my bad experience here today I never rant but i have never experienced such terrible and disgusting service. Lets start with my order. 2 large pho's Salad Roll Spring Roll Vietnamese ice coffee A chicken banh mi All for take out They forgot to pack my salad roll and spring roll. I called they didnt apologize, passed the phone over to 3 different people working there. Then after that conversation half way through our meal. My boyfriend finds a hair in his soup. I call back completely livid at this point. They told me if i want a refund i need to pack up all my food and bring it back to them. After calling a few times they eventually refunded me for my entire meal.
