We walked in and waited for a while. The staffs were in heated argument and didn’t seem to care customers are watching. They mess up the order, we ordered burgers, drinks, nuggets and a wrap but they didn’t put the wrap in our bag. We only realized this after reaching home. They also didn’t put receipt so we are not sure what we were charged for. The burgers seem to be small for a double mozza we ordered and they were cold too. Not going back here

April 7, 2024Staff didn't acknowledge me for quite some time. They seem to prioritize drive-thru. Staff eventually took my order and I waited a number of minutes to receive my order. I returned home with my order (a two minute drive away) and opened the bag to find a cold breakfast sandwich that looked like someone had stepped on it. The hash brown was cold, greasy, undercooked, and limp. The coffee was decent. The food was absolutely terrible. I tried calling the restaurant three times but nobody answers the phone. I guess they'd rather hear about complaints via public forum. Great PR.Also, why does this restaurant smell like a urinal puck?

This place is a joke , the people who work here are disgusting in every way possible not only do they mess up on every other order , then don’t even wash their hands between touching stuff .. meanwhile they open up cooked burgers ready to go out and touch it all with their fingers and then continue to touch dirty counters .. it’s absolutely disgusting .. the workers smell like nasty BO ? too .. please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location it should honestly be closed for how gross the people who work there are ..

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTIf I could give negative stars I would. Be sure to ask for your receipt because they definitely won’t give it to you, as that would uncover the fact the staff either cannot understand how to use the till, or they intentionally rip you off by punching in a meal as all separate items. Yes it’s only a few dollars, but also the principal. Plus, we waited 15 mins in drive thru for 3 burgers a regular fries and drink. Watched four cars pass through.

We live nearby and decided to give it a shot. My daughter got a burger and the bun had a spot of mould on it. We took a chance and decided to try again one rushed morning and to our dismay we got another moldy bun. This time I took pictures. Shame on you A&W. Never again!

It was dark, cold and dreary, the employees eyes were weary. I ordered burgers, drinks and onion rings. I rolled up, paid and was given onion.... things. Raw wet panko assault. Where was the onion? The crispy? Onion rings- onion rings-- onion things union
