Went to Kelly's for a late breakfast Tuesday April 9th, 2024. The Cafe was quite busy. the food is good and the prices very reasonable. The waitress Judy was very friendly and attentive to all customers there. We will definitely be back as we can see it's a favorite for many people.Parking: Lots of parking available and a gas station convenience store nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Straight level entrance for easy wheelchair access.

A cute l'il cafe tucked away in the old Co-op bldg which means lots of free parking. I was disappointed trying to find a decent breakfast at a good price in this city that was flavorful and presented well - Kelly's was the answer! I ordered a big breakfast I think named the Duke Point. Equivalent to a meat lovers/ big man's breakfast! Everything was fresh and tasty and presented well. They use only quality products. The owner was friendly and would chat if he was free. I have rarely seen a passion for customer service and management like this. A real joy.This place is a success story for Nanaimo. You may have to wait for a table. (that's a GOOD thing). Watching the servers on front end, you have to admit that they love their job and people. You can just tell by the vibe in that place. Check it out.I can't wait to try the lunch next time!

Great stand alone restaurant with awesome food and service. Before you give a large chain restaurant your business, try this place!
I got a breakfast there recently and I was sad to find that the sausages weren't warm or hot in the center. The outsides were fine but the middle was room temperature. Other parts of meal were OK though a little greasy but OK.
