Guy with long hair needs to slow down and actually let his customers order what they want. Felt so rushed that I didn’t order properly and left with a drink I didn’t even want.Blonde girl needs to stop having such loud conversations about being worried about whether she’s a Pinterest girl or a tumblr girl and saying people look like horse girls. While forever trying to cover a sleeve decoration on her co workers sleeve because it “wasn’t dress code” while wearing a white crop top that I could see her entire back in. Most hypocritical conservation I’ve heard.Needs someone to come in and talk to them about professionalism and customer service.

Dropped in, ordered my usual drink (caramel macchiato). It didn't taste like coffee so I had them add extra espresso. Still didn't taste good, will not repeat.

This Starbucks location is situated within University Village Shopping Centre. It has a vast free parking lot that is shared with the other businesses in the mall complex. There is no covered parking or parking structures. Finding the place was easy since the Starbucks logo and Branding is unmistakable. Inside the store smells like freshly roasted coffee (what else would you expect) and the tables and chairs were extremely clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Coffee product was delicious and I got exactly what I ordered. I would come back again based on the parking convenience and excellent service from the helpful and friendly staff. Ordered a coffee using my stars. First drink/service was fine. Went back for a refill. When I received it, there was no cream. I asked to have cream added, but suggested pouring some coffee out first because it was almost up to the brim. She didn’t and added the cream right up to the edge. How am I suppose to put the lid on without making a mess? When she asked if I needed more cream, I said yes and again asked to have some of the coffee poured out. Instead she gave me a short cup with cream in it. Definitely not the best service!! And the coffee wasn’t HOT which I didn’t discover until I left.

They need improvements on drink orders making them right even specifically asked a certain way and not being ripped off of products. Being a high priced coffee store which I ain't complaining. They should be doing everything the customer wants and not taking it as a demanding way or if they having bad day don't take it out on us customers.

Ordered a mobile latte to pick up at 10:47am today, at 11 it still wasn't ready and the barista said it's be another ten minutes. I've never had to wait TWENTY MINUTES for a basic drink. Incredibly slow staff and service at this location and likely also understaffed is my guess...time to get it together. There's slow and then there's embarrassingly poor service. Would not recommend ever going here and I don't say that about many places.

Came to this location this morning and I had to wait in drive through quite a while. When I got to the window the guy was super friendly, immediately said sorry about the wait too. I was having a hard time figuring out the app, he was super happy to help. Excellent customer service ☺️ My daughters drink was perfect too!

Awful coffee and awful service.Ordered a caramel latte today and they served it watered down and tasteless. They offered to remake it (thank you!) but they told me (actually yelled at me across the room) to throw my full cup in the garbage or pour it in the bathroom MYSELF because they won't help with that. Unbelievable. Horrible coffee and horrible service :(

It's disappointing! They're working their a$$es off, but service is slow. The only way to get quick service is to use the app and schedule your drink pick up.

The drive-thru is by far the slowest experience I've ever had. It's normally slow but today we waited 20 minutes! Totally unreasonable. I will make a point of avoiding it going forward.
