I good location. Brighter and not as cozy as the average Starbucks location.

Very good coffee place with a very inviting atmosphere.The staff were great and friendly.The place was very clean and well kept.Parking is very spacious and numerous.Bus friendly as it's also near multiple bus route.There are multiple seats to take and even an outdoor sitting area.Drive thru is also viable and but beware it has a short pile up.

Such a flawed system, drive through is backed up so you go inside to place an order but 10+ mobile orders are put through before your in person transaction is even looked at.Second complaint goes to the staff, when asking how long an order will take since mobile orders are seeming to be the priority over the actual in person customers I get attitude and eye rolls and now my blonde espresso taste like decaf. Not the first time and I guarantee not the last. Won’t be returning to this location based on repeat negative experience.

I discovered a new flavor to love... After that Nanaimo bar dessert we purchased at Red's Bakery I needed a refresher drink. We found this nearby Starbucks less than two miles away. One venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, please. So delicious! My new favorite! I've always had the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade in the States but I'm in love with this new flavor. For the hubby a Mocha Frappe Blended. Service was friendly and fast. Bonus: They had a CANADA themed gift card to add to my collection. I'm still missing many from the lower US States so if you're willing to help me complete my collection it will be much appreciated. LoL! I got a defective lid it had two holes in it spilled all down my shirt. I called and told them, he said he’d replace it no problem. I said no that’s ok I’m just calling to say they should pay closer attention and if I was wearing all white going to a business meeting my day would be messed up. Lol He then got super defensive and started saying the lids are transparent and they make 100’s a day Extremely rudely!!! I said hey wow that’s poor customer service, I was not rude at all I just wanted to let you know in case someone is wearing all white going to a business meeting and needs a coffee!!! I have worked in customer service over 20 years so I’m empathetic and was non confrontational or rude I even refused the free drink! I don’t think I’ll be back to this Starbucks again and I’m a regular with my daughter but they don’t notice. The people at the one downtown are always so welcoming and friendly.

I visited the place today with my kids. We ordered drinks and pop candies, which are a kind of loli donuts. I made a partial payment using a gift card and a credit card. Oddly, while making the payment, a tipping option appeared, which was confusing since it's a self-service order. Also, I didn't receive a receipt despite asking for it. The lady ignored my request twice before I gave up. While waiting for our drinks, one came on time, but the second took around 10 minutes. Customers who came after me were served before me. The second drink I received wasn't what I had ordered, even though I had told the drink maker my order. When I mentioned I didn't get a receipt, she asked the cashier and ended up making the wrong drink. I was quite frustrated as I was in a hurry for a meeting. The drinks were good, and I would have given a 5-star rating, but the service didn't meet Starbucks' usual standards.
