Absolute amazing service, there was a small mistake with my order before bringing it out to me and the manager came out and personally apologized for it (which he definitely did not have to, mistakes happen and I wasn’t upset at all) he was extremely sweet!!! The waitress (I believe her name was Katie?) was amazing as well, super joyful and super sweet, made all of the interactions super awesome, thank you to both for being exceptional at their jobs, me and my family’s experience there was the best out of all the restaurants we’ve been to hands down, this white spot is beautiful and extremely well managed, amazing environment, will absolutely come back again next time we visit the IslandDietary restrictions: Had good options for people under food restrictions (like myself)Parking: Huge parking lot, lots of parking spaceKid-friendliness: They were super understanding about the kids preferences in food and had no problem compensating for it.

We had an amazing meal. Server was awesome. My hubbies first time at any Whitespot and he enjoyed it. The only complain I have which isn't anything to do with the restaurant is the noise level. Everything else was perfect and we'll be back.

With some time to spare before an event we were attending we decided to stop in for a couple beers and a bite to eat. I must say we were pleased at our choice.. First we were lucky enough to sit pub side by the fire and secondly we had the most upbeat and acommidating server that we've experienced in a very long time. Her recommended choices in food options were immensely enjoyed and her assuring we ordered beer to our taste was above and beyond and truly appreciated. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way and were able to enjoy catching up while enjoying our meal and drinks. Thank you Ramona for your stellar service your upbeat personality and your beautiful smile. We will be sure to seek out your section when returning to Nanaimo. Stay sweet, you are the best.

Nice place to go eat and the food was great. My steak came out rare and I asked for well done. They did make me another one which was well done. The service was great and they made up for the extra wait for the steak.

Eggs Benny was surprisingly delicious. Server was literally taking our drink orders before we even got to sit down, which was a bit annoying, and then she didn't check on us a single time after we got our food. Service sucked, but the food was good.
