I love this place...locals meet here and there throughout the day, visitors come and go in waves sometimes, yet the staff always do their best to help everyone. I cant eat or drink anything from Tim Hortens white flour sugar and fructose etc all highly sweetened and high on the glycemic index. Nice to have healthy choices at Starbucks even if in a bit of a hurry!..
