We rarely go to Tim's anymore. The biggest reason why? The food has gone downhill. This is my baggel BELT from this morning. Overflowing with mayo. Absolutely disgusting!

Great customer service displayed by tony. My son accidentally spilled his drink all over the counter he seemed unbothered or annoyed by it and quickly offered another drink and cleaned after. Nice to see these days from a young person especially in such a busy location Good job. Thank you tony

My husband and I were in last night to grab a coffee passing through town. The young gentleman working at the register deserves some recognition for his above and beyond service. What great work ethic and customer service we were very refreshed and pleased to see as it doesn’t happen very often at any establishment. (His name might have been Tony)

Latte machine is always down. very poor service. Why are there no signs saying that before I even get into the drive thru? A&W now has all my service for lattes now. Even when tim Hortons machine is working I'm always told to wait in the parking lot for it and that's not why I go through a drive thru...to wait in a parking lot....
Just a few moments ago me and my boyfriend visited tim hortans and ordered one veggie wrap and small french vanilla the staff passed such bad face expression and gave us stale rice in veggie wrap they might can be expired and french vanilla was extremely hot and they didn’t even bother to give me an cup sleeve on.Worst Experience! NEVER GONNA COME BACK AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND WOULNT SUGGEST ANYONE.

We stopped in for a to go coffee and some timbits late at night and the young counter guy was so friendly it really made our short visit awaeome! Drinks and Tim bits were delicious, bathrooms clean, definitely happy we stopped in.

Sad to say that every time we've been there for morning coffees before heading to the mines for work, our orders have never been correct and our food order has maybe come out correct once or twice. I'm sure the staff are trying, but even trying to order is a hassle because they cut you off while you're ordering and then never get your order correct and have to correct them several times over the speaker for 3 coffees. Would love to give a higher rating, but unfortunately this has been our experience over the last 5 months :(
