25 minutes in a drive thru line up with 2 lanes is a regular occurance. At least 3 times in the past 3 weeks I've had my coffee order made wrong; I ask for 2 cream and 4 sweeteners and get 4 cream and 2 sweeteners. It's basically $2 set on fire, I don't know how anyone is supposed to drink coffee with four cream in it, it's like drinking a cup of warm cream. Staff are friendly, but the service is always slow, lines are unreasonable, food preps are slow. I'm at the point where I just can't go there for lunch anymore. :(

ridiculously long wait times, and like Russian roulette, hit or miss whether you get one of the good staff. 29-25 mins for a coffee is ridiculous
