The 711 by the highway has it’s issues but definitely has some good qualities.The store is a preferred choice of mine between others on the highway, only due to the friendly environment that I’m usually accustomed to. Pretty standard for most North American 7-11 stores from my experience. They could learn a lot from franchises in Asia. Not a huge surprise either given the amount of traffic that must be stopping to use their washroom on the way through the Pass. Staff were friendly on my visit.

The lady working had to be the most miserable lady I've ever encountered. Complained non stop that she didn’t even have a smoke break yet.. real professional… but I guess if I was her age and worked at 711 I’d be pretty miserable too.
