This store is suffering, people working there have no personality. The place is extremely dirty, even the condiments containers looked dirty from years of not being cleaned. They touch my money with the same gloves that touched my sandwich. I don't mean to be over the top with cleaness, but some minimum have to be maintained. I will never stop here again.

Wow what can I say about this place. Super gross witnessed the manager putting spilled food back in the vegetable container. Huge violation for anyone with allergies. Save yourself and try the next town. His response when questioned was am sorry, nothing I can do.

It's well used. Everyone grabs a sub from there at some point. The staff is nice and the music can be quite enjoyable. But no one usually dines in. It's a stop. And really I can see why. The one time I went in the flies were in the air and under the counter with the lids off of the foods while the staff were busy or on break. And another time by the cooler locker there was a pile of trash and swept dirt and garbage and whatever else. It was nasty to look at while paying for my sub. So I usually get them in sparwood now. Definitely not my first choice.

We order 3 (6 inch ) subs only 1 gluten free3 drinks 5 chips so I asked the girl if she could make them each a meal. I guess she didn't understand . Plus she burnt 2 of the subs with cheese I said not taking them so a guy came along gave us new ones . I thought 35.00 was a lot to pay I question the girl and guy they said it was meal . We get in vechile take off I thought better check receipt yea they charged me for 3 gluten free subs and no meals grrrr I phoned they told me to come back I said we have to be at a destination at a certain time so when we go back through I will stop . We always stop there this is 1st time it's an error but costly one so I hope they make it right

Food was alright. Rest of the place was filthy. Not one clean table, dirty napkins and garbage by the napkin dispenser, floor was dirty and had the biggest black hairball I have ever seen on the floor behind our seats. Men’s bathroom was disgustingly dirty. While we are, staff member cleaned tables with dirty rag, not using antiseptic spray. Only giving 1 star because the food was edible.
The worst subway iv ever been to. It’s filthy for one , the owner or whoever runs the place is lazy I come in at 10 am and things STILL arnt ready. And to top it off every time we go they don’t have half of their inventory. Always something . Absolutely cheap people .

Just gonna share and experience, went there first time made my sub perfect no issues amazing service went there the next day got two subs, when he was making my sub I asked to not have the piece of brown lettuce in my sub and than when I said little onions he put tons and he had to take half off than I said olives and he put maybe ten olives and I said more and he said no more ( “yesterday I got more so pls put more on”) than I said sauce and he put too little so I said a little more and he smothered it with three very thick lines.. it wasn’t edible so I went back for a refund and he talked a lot and I couldn’t understand what he was saying as he had a very strong accent got the refund and left only to be chased out yelled at saying the cops are called ( that he could say clearly) I didn’t understand and his coworker explained he refunded for both sandwiches and not just one and I had to repay for the other one,That guy should not have a job he got fed up with making my sub how I wanted it (that’s the whole point of subway ) and than ruined my sub than threatened to call the cops on me bc he can’t just refund my sandwich and had to refund for both and make it complicated and can’t clearly speak English

Hours were updated one week ago by the business to show being open until 9pm. Showed up at 8pm along with several other guests just to see the employees had closed up and were sitting outside smoking.
