The experience is always great when we dine in ( In pincher creek) service is always amazing. We stay longer than we probably should. However when we order in via delivery the sauces are completely wrong. Or they're missing entirely. Recommend eating in!!!!Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a lactose allergy. In town, it's the only place she can get vegan cheese !

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant two months ago and it instantly became one of my favorite Boston Pizza locations. The service and food were exceptional, making it a standout experience. Our server was incredibly friendly, consistently checking on us and ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. The speed of service was impressive, even during busy times.I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service, delectable food, and efficient service. It was so not worth the price! My one-half of my beef dip only had 2 slices of beef..,such a rip-off! The host was wearing a t-shirt and earpods. He didn't look like he even worked there.

Lately, when being in the area I have taken to eating at this Boston Pizza - it has actually become a treat for my elderly Mother and I, to sneak in just after the lunch hour. The food has always come in a timely manner, is hot and plentyful and well presented. Although we had good service the last time we went, we have at times had excellent service and I wanted to recognise the young lady who gave it to us. Although I don't remember her name, she may remember our conversation about how she should continue doing what she is doing service wise, because "That is what service is all about" !!

Wonderful service and delicious food and drink, would definitely go again if I lived in the area, the staff were very helpful and polite even in helping if you start to feel unwell (remember to stay properly hydrated)

I change my review as the service went down. 3 week ago i came in for lunch. I ordered a pop it was served in a glass that had food residue inside even the glass of water was dirty., i told the waitress and told her that i didnt want a drink anymore, i still got charge for the pop. Today i order food to be delivered. All my food was cold. The sandwich i order got squished in small containers. My side of fries was half the side that i normally get and were cold and soggy. I have over 10 year in food and beverage, my food was sitting out for minimum 20 min before it got delivered to me. It only 5 min drive to my house.I tried calling them for 20 min but no one answer.

We came in for lunch on the way to Waterton lakes national park. The service was excellent, we had our order in less than 10 minutes hot and fresh. Service was excellent. We stopped by again in the evening after a late hike in the park and the restaurant was super full. Again after ordering something in the app, our order was ready waiting to take away.
