“Let me start by saying that SAM F. was absolutely AMAZING!!! I brought Fairhopes pickiest 80+ yr old customer and she gave Sam the blues. He handled it like a trooper. She complained about absolutely everything because nothing tastes like it did “back in my day” but still the service was Great and delivered with a smile. So in case you read this Sam.. THANK YOU!!! Your service was truly appreciated.As for the food in a honest option. It was pretty good. The Bushwacker is phenomenal!!! The Gumbo wasn’t great but everything else was (blackened salmon, fried green tomatoes and mashed potatoes) + ai absolutely Loved the red beans and rice.”

“Lovely pub atmosphere. The food is top notch and comes from next door in the fancier restaurant so a bit of a wait. The seating area was rather small but not crowdedwith plenty of room at the vintage looking bar. The decor was beachy rustic. But again the biggest delight was the food.”

“If you decide to come here, which I hope this review helps do, you are in for a treat. The hostess was a little wonky. But other than that. EVERYTHING was perfect. Starting with the service. The server was the bartender too from what I could tell. She was extremely kind, friendly, and personable. Recommended a special to my girlfriend that wasn’t on the menu or written on the daily special. It was phenomenal. It was named after their sponsor or partner on the bottom left of the menu, if you’re interested. I ordered the nigiri sampler and it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. In my life. We also had the truffle fries for an appetizer. WOW. Wish it was possible to be served with something other than ketchup on the side but nonetheless it was DIVINE. Lastly the cocktail I ordered, the “Cucumber Collins” was, no exaggeration, the best cocktail I’ve ever had. Homemade cucumber syrup. Not too sweet, not to earthy from the cucumber. If you go anytime, keep in mind they take reservations. Not always necessary during the week but they encourage it.”

“They have a good collection of wines and the flatbreads are nice as a bite. The charcuterie board is huge, so not an appetizer, but still good to share as a group. The atmosphere is also very nice and warm.”

“I am from out of town where we have a million sushi restaurants. This place beat them all. I don't understand why it only has 4.2 stars. I recommend the Axl roll, and my friend loved his hibachi dinner. The Grateful Dead drink was awesome, but I love very sweet drinks. I hope to come back again before we have to leave.”

“I read some of the reviews and don’t know how they didn’t love the food. It’s amazing. It’s the best chicken wings I have ever had we come here at least once a week if we can. The sauce is always on point the wings are cooked perfectly. They’re not bad like other places, they’re amazing and what I love even more is the owner is present and and they’re cooking too. I got Jamaican jerk and nuclear wings nuclear is the hottest they have. We love them. And will Continue to support their business”

“I just want to take a second and thank the owner and the sweet young lady working today. Long story short my husband just finished chemo and radiation treatment this past week. These two went above and beyond to try and help us find some kind of drink to help us get him some nutrition being he can’t eat right now. So if you have not tried this place you should they are so sweet and get you a pretty peachy tea it is amazing !! Much love the langham family”
