Manager Mel does not care about his customers.No compensation for completely messed up orders ever!, even if you already paid!, You will have to pay for the burger you wanted, and they will then add the topping they forgot the first time for free...( many times over the years )But the worst thing is the false advertising and refusal to honor menu items and prices. 6.49 some how turned into 8.49?There is always an up charge for items that are free at every other bk location I've been to.His staff seem aware of his issues and usually try to be accommodating when he's not around.I've been a burger king Cranbrook customer for many many years .Jazz and Jess make my day every visit! Wonderful staff!But Mel your inability to take customers service seriously has left me thinking your establishment is not getting a cent more from me.Have a wonderful day!
