“What a nice little cafe this is! I was feeling a bit dizzy and thought I needed some thing to drink , so I got a delicious decaf and Unfortunately they didn't have anything that I could eat because obviously they're super popular and everything was sold out except for some yummy looking chocolate muffins which I can't eat. I'll have to go back earlier in the day and Sample their f a r e. The staff are very friendly.“

“Super place. Not only is it a great coffee shop, but the staff is very friendly. The food items are well rounded for choice. Can't stand when too many items are brown flour, gluten free, low sugar, no meats, etc.... this has some alternatives but I can get all the great tasting vices and they change up some of the menu throughout the week!Love the selection of books too.“

Her name is Mo, honestly the nicest, and kindest women i have ever met, she always puts a smile on my face when i leave starbucks, and I cannot express how lovely of a lady she is, if you get to see or meet Mo, you are truly lucky to experience such an incredible woman.“

“a HUGE shootout to the cranbrook staff you are super friendly and went the extra mile today in making a fresh donut for us when there was none! smiles all around and GREAT service! other places could learn a lesson or 2 from you guys!!! we may not live in Cranbrook but you can guarantee we will stop in every time we are in town!!“

“Prompt servicenand very friendly staff. This particular time I ordered the kiwi starfruit refresher and it was good but I wouldnt have thought kiwi if I didnt knowing was in there. I've never tried starfruit on it's own so I'm assuming its flavour overpowered the kiwi but it was definitely a refreshing drink“

“Visiting from Montana. It was wonderful to find my favorite Canadian Maple donuts here. We bought a dozen and when the Customs officer asked if we had anything to declare, we said all we had were donuts. Fortunately we didn’t have to share any! See ya next year!!“

“Pretty standard fare.. It's McD's! Place was clean and well kept. Didn't feel like I was going to get jumped in the parking lot or anything. I'd still lock your doors though. Biggest downer on this location was simply getting in/out of the parking lot! It's somewhat set back from the highway (maybe the road moved?) and you end up driving around in circles a bit.“
