I have had Edo countless times thru out the years in many provinces. And I have to say this one is the top of the worst.I know that the cost has gone up, but that should not mean the quality goes down. I ordered a bento box, and I wasn't offered noodles, I had to ask for it, which is not a big deal. It was hard to understand the female behind the counter, which puzzles me, makes the customer service frustrating, and lowers the experienceI took it back to the hotel and something seemed off. The first thing I noticed was that the teriyaki sauce seemed very watery, which is not normal. I ate the meal as I was hungry, and it wasn't till the later that night into the next day that I could not stay away from the washroom. I don't know if it was something with the food, or the food handling that made me sick, but I learned my lesson and never again and will not visit any Edo for a very long time. Worst experience ever. Edo Corp really needs to look into this location.

Deserves a 0/5 ratingOrdered online in advance and came to pick up on scheduled time. Waited for 15 minutes in drive-thru. Indian staff was rude towards customer when asked about the online order. Customer proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes for the online order. Indian staff was impatient when handing out the order and is showing an irritated look. After handing in the drinks, Indian staff threw the straw inside customers car and walked out.There’s literally 5 people inside the fast food chain, I don’t understand why that staff was acting like I’m wasting her time? The food doesn’t taste like what it did before, the vegetables are overcooked and ran by people who doesn’t care about Japanese cuisine. I remember when a Japanese cook was actually in the kitchen and now it’s all run down by one nationality.Edo Japan, please screen the people who work for your food chain! The attitude of your workers reflects on your company.

Worst Edo I've ever been to. I tried the new orange chicken - mushy and literally 6 pieces of chicken. The veggies were also less than I usually get. I had the tempura shrimp as wekk and it was greasy and the dipping sauce wasn't the same as other Edos I've been to. Around $18. OUCH. The staff were polite. The tip request was unavoidable.

We placed an order online and everything was ready to go at the scheduled time of pick-up. There were 4 in our party and everyone ordered something different. Everyone enjoyed their meal very much. It was all very tasty and portions were very generous. We also ordered several different kinds of sushi as an appetizer and they too were all very good. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in Cranbrook!

It is nice to see and EDO in this area. This was my first time here, and I will say the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and in good repair except one washroom was closed. I would have liked the option for bottled soda instead of fountain, but I would have had to go next door for that. I will be back though as the food was very good.
