Stopped by the drive-Tru around 2:20pm on 4/22/24, Ordered a double bacon baker burger Burger had no bacon meat was cold the bun was falling apart basically gross, wife got a combination burrito, There was literally a thumb size hole on the side of it with beans coming out huge mess while driving back on the 10 freeway , My kids quesadilla was paper thin and over cooked basically a cracker with no cheese, Then they give us all our food in the drive through and take 10 more minutes making a milkshake , Waste of money, With employees getting $20 an hour.There should be no excuses on poor quality food, Thank you for teaching me a lesson and never eating through a drive through again, I will now eat inside.So I can refuse food that is horrible, Basically a forty dollar doggy bag. I live in Joshua Tree California and used to always look forward to coming to this baker's being the closest to my house, The last five visits, I've only enjoyed one meal. So definitely time to try a different Bakers location.

Horrible service by Travis and Hope. I ordered food and they took my money And refused to give me my food. Took them 20 minutes to refund me back. Travis was screaming at me for grabbing a seat while I waited for my food. I'm am disabled will never eat at that location or any bakers till something is done.

We just had lunch and everything we ordered was gross! We got a variety of foods including a hamburger, chicken quesadilla,,chicken sandwich and a taco. None of it was good! Even the ketchup tasted like vinegar!! I don't know what changed but the food used to be good!
