Ordering food was very fast, took less than 2 minutes for my Family Pack to be ready. Would come again often. Atmosphere is a litter weird given the layout of the restaurant (Men & Women's restrooms are on separate parts of the restaurant). Other than that, great food, and fast service.

We ordered a half a chicken and it was soo small. It looked like it had been cooked for a while. The sides were pretty good. You think a half chicken would be good for two people. Not on that day!

The problem is my wife and I ordered Juan's Big Burrito and unfortunately it had a piece of a chicken bone in it. Fortunately my wife found it before she swallowed it. So if you are going to order a burrito watch out for the chicken bones.

Food is trash. El pollo loco is much better which is nuts. The chicken was so dry i couldnt even swallow it with water. Save your money and let this location fail so another resaurant can take its place. Its like eating a mouthful of sand, but even sand has more moisture and texture.

Went in yesterday and got my usual mini pack. Can someone please tell me why the potato salad recipe has changed! The potato salad was always the best part of my meal. Now it's the consistency of mashed potatoes with jalapeno juice added. My mouth is tingling from the added spiciness. So sad!

I always come here for breakfast during my morning work break and get a Chicken Juan Bowl. A single bowl is enough to fill me up for lunch as well. When I order for pick up within 5 minutes of ordering, they got it ready for me. Employees are always kind and quick. Highly Recommend you guys try this place out.
