This Starbucks consistently gets my orders wrong. Today was simple, a Venti Carmel Frappachino with a single shot of expresso. My wife ordered tea. Over $10 for two drinks and they can't even get that right. I probably confused her because I asked if they still had sea salt. She offered a packet of table salt instead. Her age was a dead giveaway by how she spoke. She was obviously more concerned with "likes" on social media instead of listening to her customers. I know this sounds harsh but when 6 of last 7 orders has been wrong it reflects training and management. Starbucks leadership, to be fair, also seems more concerned with identity politics than when they started. Back in the day the barista's used to look you in the eye, smile and genuinely spoke with you. Now you are interrupting their time on the phone.

New Design Team Store Disaster... Worst waste of space I've ever seen, plenty of room for bench seating, but chose 4 uncomfortable tables instead; No dampening elements whatsoever, as loud as a busy bar; the only thing Starbuckie left is the logo and coffee... Do not plan a date, interview, meeting, or hang out here ever, u will regret it... Shuda been a drive thru only location rather than this in store abortion :(

Honestly this Starbucks is #1 to me in this area. I went in for a drink remake from a different location and the employee (Chris) who helped us out was caring and outstanding and so was my remade drink!! it definitely made me want to come to only this one!

Just had the worst experience at this location. We've been in the car for hours and just wanted to get some food and coffee. The employee with the bright red hair had an attitude from the moment we walked in. I guess she was upset it took us a while to decide what we wanted? I am with 2 elderly women that both wear hearing aids. When they asked for the bacon & Gouda sandwich she said they didn't have it. My Mom ordered a blueberry muffin and once we got our other food and our drinks I mentioned to the person at hand off if the blueberry was ready. At that point the red hair person said curtly, "we don't have it." I said you have it in the case- I've worked at Starbucks in LA for a year and we've definitely done that to accommodate a guest. She said no we don't do that. She was definitely not practicing the LATTE model. Not helpful in the slightest. Thankfully this is just a quick stop on the way to our trip because we will never be coming back to this location if we can help it. We'd rather go to McDonald's down the street in the future - it's cheaper too! Also the restrooms were disgusting, toilet paper $ seat covers on the floor.

Don't come here! Staff will tamper with your food !! I ordered from drive thru this morning at 9:15 am the drive thru girl gave me attitude because I told her I wanted my matcha with oat milk once she was repeating my order and when I asked if the banana bread was dairy free she said she wouldn't know that with attitude. When I was given my food, 2 of my muffins and egg bites were smashed as if they were stepped on, they were warm right out of the oven so there was no reasonable explanation for my food to be smashed like that. My chocolate croissant was beyond burnt that it smelled up my car like smoke. Why would staff give a black burnt croissant? All our other items were over cooked as well. I have a milk allergy and if they purposefully gave me regular milk in my matcha I will be taking legal action and I will be writing corporate today to let them know how their staff is tampering with customers food! This person should be fired . I will never come back here again

When I walked in there was only 1 lady working and I was being patient and she came to me around after 3 minutes at the drive thru window to take my order. I ordered a venti pink drink and I'm sure I said it clearly, and then she went back to the drive-thru window and 2 more workers came in and stood there and then one more finally came in and had made it and said my name then walked off and I had got a grande pink drink and I didnt say anything cause it's not like she charged me more or anything, but was kinda mad it took around 20 minutes to get the wrong size drink (no one else came in to that Starbucks and no one was there originall)

New Starbucks!The lobby is a decent size. There are a couple of tables, and two unisex bathrooms. The lobby is nice and clean. The menu is easy to read.They took my order in store right away. The drink tasted great. No complaints.The location is right off the freeway in Beaumont. The parking lot is a decent size.It was a standard Starbucks experience.
