The service was disappointing, I felt so bad after my husband had a long day and worked, then we packed and drove 3 hours to Solvang. We checked in around midnight. He didn't have dinner, so I stopped at this Jack in the box across the freeway to order. When I ordered, I had said 3×'s "no sauce!" The guy on the speaker kept asking about the drink while I was still ordering the burger. I came to the drive through at this store on June 6, 2023. I sat at the order kiosk for what seemed forever. It was raining. I was greeted with "No habla ingles"? Luckily i know some spanish and was able to get the order through. When i pulled up to the window the two girls where trying to figure out my bill. It should of been right around $13.
