I was in town and stopped by to grap something to eat. My family and I walked in and right away you can see that they were short staffed. The manager was trying to help on the drive through and also take orders from the inside. Took a couple minutes to be able to order and took a couple minutes for our food to be ready. But you know what I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and this Manger (Glendy) hopefully I spelled it right. She was doing such an amazing job....read full review
I believe this Carls Jr. is short staffed. Just about always they have their customers parked in front waiting for their orders. What happened to drive thru, Order, Pay and get your food at the window. I've been waiting 20 minutes + waiting for my orderVia drive thru!!!

Service is slow. They have one employee that has to service both the front of house and the drive through. Running back and forth trying to talk to people on the mic and at the register. It creates confusion. Also they make all cars pull through the drive through and wait out front. So the employee has to take the food out front and find what car it belongs to making service even slower
