“What happened to the boneless wings!!!!! When they were brought to my table, they looked like they had been microwaved and shrunk. Three of them were hard, and the quantity along with quality sure is scarce. Nice friendly staff but food quality has definitely gone way down. I don’t think I’ll return.“

“Our waitress was perfect. She was patient and answered all of the questions that my dad and I had. She explained that this location no longer serves pitchers of beer, nor do they have any buckets for bucket of beers. But she found a couple of water pitchers and made us a bucket anyway. My complaint is this, the franchise needs to update their HAPPY HOUR menu. If an item or product is not being sold or not available anymore, remove it from the menu! Our poor server wasted a lot of her time explaining what wasn't available.“

“I love coming to Haus and I love the owner/manager. He is so nice and always gives service on the house. Workers are very nice and attentive too. Food is so good here. They have all kinds of Korean food, American food, pub/bar food. Ambiance is very spacious and clean. They have fun claw machines where you can win super cute dolls and they also have a Photo Booth.“

“Pizza is some of the best. The Tandoori pizza is a must try. Delicious, spicy and unique. Crust is nice and crunchy. The buffalo chicken pizza is perfect for dipping in blue cheese. And my toddler says the cheese is the best pizza they have tried. Wings were good but not the star of the show. Server was very nice and attentive although she was pretty busy when we first got in. “I rated this based on typical bar food. It’s better than most. Nachos are really good, hamburger also good. Fish and chips too. It’s not usually crowded. They have a pool table and darts. Tons of TVs but a nice assortment of sports. Last time we were there they had basketball but also golf and figure skating. And best of all, it’s not expensive compared to most places in the area.Vegetarian options: Not a ton of options but there’s nachos, fish and chips (if you eat fish) and probably a few others.“

One of the same bartenders was there too and she remembered me . It's a laid back place . Plenty of people palying pool and the digital jukebox( Touchtunes APP) was in ation blaring out music . Patio in the back still relaxing and drin prices still reasonable . Glad to see it's still thriving !Parking: large free parking behind the uilding on the east side“

“We had a private party for 60 people booked on 9/17 at 2pm. We booked the restaurant on 9/1 and confirmed multiple times with the manager. The manager boomer was going to arrive at 140 to let us in so we could set up. My family arrived at 140 the day of and there was no one there. We began calling the manager and his phone was turned off. After 25 minutes the cook arrived and was just as confused as we were. He didn't have a key and we now had over 50 people waiting outside with no answers. The cook tried calling the manager, the owner, the bartender... but nothing. It was SO embarrassing and we had no idea what to do. After 55 minutes of waiting and nothing, I called a business right across the street and they were able to accommodate us. The manager didn't call me until 415 to tell me he was on his way to unlock the business. THE AUDACITY to call 2 hours and 35 minutes after he was supposed to SHOW UP. I was and still am mortified from having to tell a group of 60 people the party I planned was at an establishment that is so unprofessional they just didn't show up. Asking all of them to get in their vehicles and go across the street. Thankfully I didn't prepay anything, but they lost out on over $750 and I hope no one ever books a private party with them.“

“This is the local bar I check in at at least once a week in my area. I come back because the service is great and the food and drinks are good. The servers all work well together and they are constantly moving. The bar is clean and the food comes out quickly and tastes great. The patrons seem like a majority of them are regulars. “We stopped by for a late breakfast and to watch some Sunday football. There was 4 of us. We had breakfast and lunch. The chila quila's were great, and the nachos was enough to share with 4. Beer was cold. They have plenty of tvs and a pool table. Is small but a great place to stop by. Will definitely be going back.“

“This review is long overdue!!!! I love this place me and my husband found this spot about 5 yrs ago and no matter how many billiards we've been to we always come back to this location. It's always such a fun time coming here you can play music through the app or on the digital "juke box" on the wall (next to the darts area). They have "appetizers" I put quotations because although they are appetizers they are a pretty good portion pretty much a meal the drinks are good they changed them often but it keeps it refreshing to have something new on the menu keeps it fun not boring. Overall such a great time bartenders are always so fun super nice overall the service is always great every single time we've been there. We've kind of made a tradition of coming here on our anniversary because it's just soo chill and awesome“

“$90 for 3 people for lunch and zero alcohol is pretty steep for a chain restaurant, but we all enjoyed our meals. The cheese fries were always a go-to there, and they've actually improved. The onion rings were surprisingly good. One of the servers coughed on us without covering her mouth, but I'm not going to judge a restaurant by one person's grossness. The worst thing though is how small the sides of condiments are. If you want extra mayonnaise for your burger you're probably going to have to ask three times for those little thimbles that they give you. Were talking 1 ketchup packet's worth of ranch per metal thingie. I'm sure some overpaid corporate employee pitched this as a way for them to save money, but they had to buy the little metal thingies, and they're just going to have to wash 8x as many of those as they normally would have. Annoying. But, the food was very good, the waitress was friendly and adorable, and the service was very very fast. We'll be going there again soon I'm sure.“

They have 3 pool tables at $1.50 a game, darts and karaoke. The service is great! The girls are super sweet, friendly, and pretty too! Cool vibe - we will be back!“
