Crust or tortilla?Also, the sauce is amazing too!For a Taiwanese, it’s hard to accept spicy sauce with strong vinegar tasting, such as Tabasco.But the sauce you have is just amazing. No matter the green one(Cilantro Jalapeño)or the red one(Fire Chili), they’re spicy but without too much sour.I believe most of the Taiwanese or Chinese or Malaysian or Singaporean will love the sauce too.I'm Taiwanese, and their hot sauce doesn't have a strong vinegar flavor. If you don't like Tabasco's chutney,I seriously recommend this one“

The flavors are authentic schichuan style so if you order a spicy dish expect to have that numb, tingly feeling in your mouth bc they use that kind of pepper. Come for the food not the service. This is a no frills place. You scan the menu, you place your order online, and someone brings it to you.“

“This place isn't very noticeable from the street but is a cute little place. I ordered the beef drunken noodles and the shrimp pad Thai. The drunken noodles were very good, it had a little spice to it and lots of flavor. The pad Thai was good but I do feel like it was a little dry. They gave me a free Thai tea for Yelp check in which I really appreciated.“

“longport is delicious food served by a friendly face at a fast pace, in a good way. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone who loves sea food but, luckily if you don't like sea food, they have some other fun dishes for you.“

“I honestly don't have much to say beside, why did it take me so long to come here. This place is not only affordable, but it has the nicest group of staff that work here. I came here twice already, once with my husband and they were super nice to tell us on how their place is self serve; you order first, get your plates, drinks and sauces, then you take a seat at any open table. After you are done eating, you then pay after and let them know if you grabbed any soda out of the fridge. The ambiance here is super simple, but cute for their establishment. The second time I was here, I came with my coworker and we ordered the lamp chop Tandoori which was the best cuts of meat and super tender. My coworker really enjoyed this place and will definitely be making this our weekly round of coming here. I will say that because everything is affordable, it not only taste good, but they are also generous with their portions when serving. This place is honestly a hidden gems of Indian food, because you wouldn't think to come here until someone tells you and then you get all mad because it took you this long to come in here. I had a great experience with both visits and I honestly like the self serve concept of it because it allows you to get ready for your food to come out. Like I always say, don't knock it till you try it.“

“I've gotten takeout and dine in now from this place. Each time it has been nothing short of perfect. Food is super tasty and prepared in a beautiful manner - especially for dine in. I've had the cream cheese rangoons, yellow Curry, garlic noodles, peanut stir fry, and mango sticky rice and it's definitely some of the best around unless you want to travel to the South Bay. Takeout order was ready in 5 to 10 minutes and both times I've been in there has been plenty of seeding readily available. Will certainly be returning again and again!!!“

“Best authentic broth in Concord.. hands down. The prices reflects that. A lot of Pho restaurants in general is just fast canned beef bullion broth as a base. No authentic spices, love, and time spent on the broth. However, Hello Pho is consistent and the broth hits all the necessary notes. They deserve a better location in Concord as they're the real deal for real on the real cause you know the deal it's not a steal because it's a real feel good tasting Pho... if you don't know now you know..“

“We came for a special dinner. The food was delicious, as always! We had the Angel Mama, Lion King and Godzilla rolls, and the shrimp wrapped in bacon appetizers were wonderful too. I really liked the creamy wasabi sauce that came with it. The music was a bit loud for conversation. Our waiter was very cheerful but seemed very busy, some things were forgotten (we never got out pot of tea). We'll come again but maybe not on a Saturday night.“

“The enduring Saigon Bistro. The stores around this restaurant have come and go (especially during covid), and yet this restaurant prevails. I had a quick lunch, grabbed a couple of Banh Mi's on a different date and those reminded me why Saigon Bistro has the staying power in today's tough market. Grilled Pork over rice with eggroll and fried egg addon was my choice when I recently had a lunch here. I was surprised with the generous amount of food that was served. The pork chop was flavorful and the eggroll was delish. On another occasion, I had their combination Banh Mi to go. This IS a bomb Vietnamese sandwich. Copious amount of meat, bread, and veggies was truly appreciated. Their pork Banh Mi was delicious too, though the crunch of the baguette is lost due to the steam emanating from the pork, it is a very well made sandwich as well. Saigon Bistro probably has the best banh mi around these area imho. The price reasonable and justified. Having some serious Banh Mi's, Saigon Bistro is now my regular spot for work lunch.“
