“decided go take a 30 minute trip to try this coffee shop! never heard of it before but i was looking forward to it. as i was driving, the area didn't seem like a place for a coffee shop. there's a bunch of small office buildings and it's pretty tucked away. there's only two available parking spaces inside their lot, but you can find some street parking. i walked in and the scenery was sort of all thrifted furniture (the couches are so comfy) with some books and chess games, coffee bean bags, and you can see their roaster! it's a very open space and i see a lot of people enjoying their studying time here. i wanted to order the butterfly latte was they ran out so my second option was their lavender matcha. the cashier was so sweet & my drinks came out quick! i definitely would get the matcha again but with oat milk next time! although this coffee shop isn't my type of ambiance, i feel like some people do enjoy this atmosphere. i'd also want to try their pastries next time as well. it was a good first time here and maybe i'll return to try their butterfly drink.“
“Smokey Hollow is convenient, quick and has an ambiance that is super chill and welcoming. The cafe is located in a building that’s walking distance from everything so no matter where I order from, my food will be hot and ready. If the food is not ready, there is a courtyard there where you can play ping pong, corn hole, or miniature golf while waiting. Plus the staff Johnny and Kush need a shoutout as they are pleasant and make amazing coffee drinks. I love working in this building and this one of the best amenities offered so prop to the building management team as well!“
“I visited twice. It was little confused to park at first, but there are plenty when you turn right when facing the building. It's kind of hidden in the office building, but it's pretty cool place. The staff is really friendly and nice. The pastries are little pricey range $6-7, BUT!! They are soooooo delicious! I don't usually leave reviews unless I must share it because it's so good, or it's so bad. You need to purchase the glass for $1 for coffee, and you bring it back if you don't want to pay next visit. I like the idea avoiding one time use paper or plastic cups. I get that their freshly roasted coffee is their specialty and it was good but I would go back for their pastries. I tried spinach, kimchi and spam, bacon and cheese scone, White miso kouign-amann, ham and cheese, black forest one. Everything was so yummy! My favorite was spinach for savory and black forest for sweet. The white miso one was surprisingly unique and delicious!-Crunchy Sweet caramel flavor with nutty croissant! My daughter loved the ham and cheese.“
“Decided to purchase a chocolate vegan cake for my cousin since most of the vegan friendly bakeries are closed. The cake was pretty delicious, very chocolatey and sweet. It has raspberries in the middle and on top as well. The only downfall was that the raspberries weren't as fresh, they were a bit mushy. Side note: they aren't writing on cakes during Covid-19.“

“They have a nice study space and some tables and Chairs outside as well.... Its very mellow there.“
“The coffee is always fresh. They roast their own coffee beans. I like the fact they have light, medium and dark roast. Dark is my go to. It has less caffeine. They are also dairy free. I tried Oat milk in my coffee, now I buy Oatmilk for my coffee at home.“

“The coffee, the environment, the baristas, the location. Offset is my favorite coffee shop. I have noticed they pick up on regulars' names and orders. The baristas are ALL good at what they do so I can always expect a Vanilla Latte to perfection. Their pastries are so delicious, super dog friendly. Their overall aesthetic is clean and modern. Parking is super easy at the El Segundo location. I highly recommend Offset to anyone near LAX or in the El Segundo area. I wish they'd migrate towards me in West Hollywood, lucky for me I work right next to it.“

“This was a solid coffee shop I popped in for a black coffee and a mocha and this hit the spot. I'd say the mocha was better than my coffee but they still used a high quality bean for my coffee. Great if you're in the area and looking for a Starbucks “

“This is just what I needed after a 2.5 hour drive into LAX. This place just ruined it for me! Seriously, the top rated, best ever, oatmeal latte I've ever had. Now I know it's possible to get creamy foamed oat milk--I am ruined! And what beats fresh roasted beans in a. Coffee. Highly recommend to try this place if you ever have spare time while traveling out of LAX.“
