“This never happened before but I ordered the grilled chicken strawberry salad and got all the way home and when I opened it up it was just the salad went back and there was 20 people more that didn't have the chicken in their salad first time experience this hope it's the last other way otherwise I'm going to have to give them up“

“This place is fantastic. The service is excellent. The food came out quick and the burger was delicious. I got a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and all the toppings are free. I also got the little fries which were way more than I could eat so they give you ample portions and they're super friendly and again let me repeat. The burger was excellent!“

“This past Monday I did a in app mobile order. I had a ran a couple errands before getting home. Once I was home I realized my sandwich was incorrect and the store was closed by then. I was a little agitated by my day prior to ordering and was disappointed. I reached out to them via their website by email and received a call and text from Tony today. He was absolutely amazing and offered to refund or remake my sandwich. I initially stated in the email I wanted a refund. I went back in today. Michelle was absolutely amazing and made the perfect pastrami sandwich for me. (This sandwich was my Grandmother’s favorite and we would have Togos dates frequently before she passed in 2018) I am very grateful for Tony and Michelle for extending their kindness. I have been visiting Togos pretty much all my life and it has always been my favorite. Thank you both for quickly responding and offering to fix it. I will forever be Togos girl and their kindness and attitudes today proved while I’ll always remain loyal!“

“Just the basic subway. That was several years ago. I was gifted subway gift cards. We were there 1/25 and 1/28. Service was terrible. All sandwiches were incorrect. Over charged. Repeated repeated the order and argue with the counter service.“
