The cook and the person checking and bagging food need to make sure the customer gets what they paid for. Your combo with extras and added items can easily be $15-$20 or more per person for you not to get what you asked for or paid for. If I thought I would have to unwrap my burger to make sure it was correct after telling the cashier it was, I would have. I paid $1.99 for bacon added to my cheeseburger. I asked to remove thousand island dressing and add catsup and mustard. The cook failed to add the bacon I paid for, so I don't know what $2 worth of bacon would be. The person checking and bagging didn't make sure the burger had bacon. So, that's 2 people not doing their job correctly. To go orders are going to cause the most anger to customers. And in the fast food world, charging customers for items they don't get is theft, no matter the price.
