“Great experience! My craving for hummus & pita bread was satisfied by this place. Bowls, wraps and pita are their main thing and you can build it anyway you want. You start by choosing your entree then the base (different greens, cuscus and garbanzos). Then you pick the protein (I got the pita w/ steak ) and different kinds of hummus (I recommend trying the spicy one!) They have a bunch of delicious toppings and I got a few of them and finally you pick your sauces. This is definitely not a typical Isla Vista restaurant and there’s nothing like it around Goleta/SB. I’ll be coming back very soon! Watched them get slammed with a lot of big orders, digital orders and constant stream of in-person orders. They still kept the dining room clean and pumped out food consistently.“
