“I pulled up to the Miguel's Jr. Drive-thru, There was a representative taking orders outside in the cold in the dark while very windy, I believe her name was Beatrice and she had very good energy to be out in the cold dark wind taking orders on Friday night. At the window I told another representative about this named Alyssa who also had good energy. So the food is good. Staff is friendly mostly Even on a poor weather Friday night Thanks for the grub“

“Karina at the Grand Terrace location had excellent customer service. Our food was hot and served quickly. She even came to check on us to see if we needed anything. Even though this is a fast food establishment, she took the time to make sure our experience was great. Thank you again, Karina.“

“Service was excellent. Came thru the drive thru just about midnight. Ernesto was cool and energetic. I asked for hot sauce he hooked me up. Fire and hot, no skimping. Super friendly. Food is tasty too, especially for being late so guy in the back did his thing too. Excellent.“

“They DO get BUSY. So sometimes there is a wait.I always ask for fresh pizza so I haven’t had a poor experience yet.Pizza puffs 10000000/10 careful tho check your food. They forgot the garlic butter and seasoning on mine but i just turned around (3secs out the door) and they fixed it. So no biggie!“

“A nice subway experience. Never too busy near lunchtime. Staff is quick and builds sandwiches well. Been a few times now and it's a quiet stop for lunch. “My boyfriend and I came to dine in. It was our first time and one of the owners Akbar (i apologize sir if i spelled it wrong) and his team provided amazing service. The food was amazing we got the double cheese burger with the nice guy sauce and Nashville chicken sandwich. The service was quick and the place is clean. Their combos come with fries and a soft drink. I have no complaints. Everything was fresh and tasty. We have found our new favorite spot. So much better than In-n-out!! The burgers are smashed style and you can for sure feel the authenticity of the restaurant and the team. As we walked out I heard the owner congratulate the team on a job well done. As someone who has worked in food I loved to hear the positive reinforcement going on. Again, I cannot stress this enough I love this place and have found my new burger and chicken sandwich spot. “I love in n out I go at least 4 times a week. I never get tired of it. I even worked at 2 different stores in OC a few years back. I’m only here visiting family and I always have my baby with me . Never has anyone asked to bring my food at any other location to my table . So I wanted to write this review so Diego knows how appreciative I was for going above and beyond for helping bring my food to my table and then escorting my to go order to my car. This is an associate who truly cares and loves his job .“

“It was just another Saturday. My hubby and I went to Portillo's for an early lunch then headed to Sky High Disc Golf. We love their dipped Italian beef. Yes. To die for. I hung my handbag on my chair while eating. Then walked right out. I didn't even realize I lost my bag until hours later. My hubby and I called Portillo's when we realized I lost my bag there and they told me my bag was in the safe. We returned and EVERYTHING was still in there, including the cash. I have to get on a flight tomorrow for work and I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't have my ID and my cards. Thank you to the person who found my bag and for the personnel who kept my bag safe. This world is filled with amazing people, ain't it? I know the amazing food will never change but the people is why we'll keep coming here.“
