It took us several years to stop by this restaurant a block away from home, especially since we had peaked in before and wasn't sure what they specialized in. Heard about this place from my coworker and we decided to come here for lunch on a Wednesday at 1200. Tiny parking lot and even smaller inside with just 5-6 tables. It was really busy and packed and there were a lot of people coming in to pick up orders to go. One lady, I'm assuming the owner, was pretty much doing everything in the front of the house. After three visits here, I feel like I can give a good review of the menu. Cindy's Kitchen is a hole in the wall that only seats about 18 people so it looks like some regulars opt to order food to go. They have a wide variety of options from noodle dishes to stir fry dishes to rice bowl options so there's something for everyone.
