“This is a very nostalgic spot for my partner and I. We used to sneak away their takeout for breakfast during Covid and it holds a little cute place in my heart. Their avocado sandwich is quite possibly one of my favorites in LA. I love the pickled veggies or onions that come on the side. The protein brekkie is also a favorite.I appreciate that they offer a simple, straight forward latte although sometimes I wish I could switch it up for a vanilla flavor. Lots of cute merch in the store as well! Parking can be challenging but you're bound to find a meter somewhere.”

“Taco Tuesday! Great prices for tacos on Tuesdays. There's a huge variety of seafood tacos and burritos, but there are also non-seafood options. The fish tacos were super yum! The chicken burrito was also tasty and filling. There are six 2-person tables that line one side of the shop and 2 booths that can fit six persons each. Before 7pm, the shop was empty with a few take away pick ups. After 7pm, however, the shop was full and seats were scarce. The lady taking the orders was super nice and helpful. Spanish and English. Shared parking in the strip mall.”
“Came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake, and there were tons of options, great customer service, and quick checkout. I will definitely be back, especially since I was given coupons!”

“Great Service, tasty food....fast , friendly, fresh....I used to come here as a kid and I would saw they still have that true neighborhood atmosphere...thank you keep up the good work.”
“It's a cool ice cream shop (no bathrooms!) that's spacious enough to accommodate folks who are there to sample the flavors, folks who actually order, folks who consume the treats and folks who are just companions. It doesn't feel claustrophobic at all. In addition to the ice cream, they sell merchandise like shirts and sweaters. They also have pints in a freezer, in case you wanted to consume your dessert later on in the comfort of your home. As for the flavors, they constantly update what's in rotation. My hubby got the ube brownie, my brother got the strawberry and I got the chili lychee. They offer never-before thought of combinations and for some reason, they work! So delicious and refreshing. You can choose to have it in a cup or a cone...but their cones can cause temporary discoloration of the lips and tongue. We all looked like we were wearing plum lipstick after eating. All in all, I would totally return because I want to try all their flavors. I haven't ever come across one I didn't like. And their servers are all so kind and patient. They never got sick of answering all our questions especially about the doggy ice cream they now offer. What a great crew!”

“Celebrating National Hot Dog Day is a tradition with me, so I decided to have Der Wienerschnitzel to enjoy chili dogs as part of their promotion. Now it's only chili, but bringing the hot dogs home allows you to put on the works, like cheese, onions, mustard and other condiments you enjoy on your dog. For me, I love cheese and onions with mustard for good measure. There are so many opportunities for hot dogs in southern California, it's easy to celebrate, with Costco obviously the cheapest option in town.”

“Ordering off a kiosk can suck, but at least ensures your customizations get in. Sometimes they see my order for added black beans and sub them for the refried, when I want both. Otherwise, not bad. They take EBT but seem annoying having to do the work to remove the taxes. But overall not bad. Your typical Taco Bell experience I suppose.Vegetarian options: With a little help from searches online, you can see what to remove to make Vegetarian options Vegan. Largely the Fresco option removes dairy & adds Pico de Gallo.”

“Loved everything! The service was warm and friendly, the food amazing and the space is beautiful. The only thing I'd change is the soundtrack volume as it was a very shrieky hip hop rap that was difficult to listen over and concentrate with. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Food was amazing! The service was bad! Very expensive but I expected to be better taken care of. They were fully staffed but no one seemed to be working efficiently. We were 8 and none of the food runners ever knew who ordered what. They had to ask on every plate they brought. Not just our table but others as well. I don’t know if they have busboys as our table was never cleared. Plates upon plate stacked up. No one asked if we wanted a second drink and the glasses were never picked up. When we ordered dessert we had to move the 16 empty drink and water glasses to one side, gather the bread plates, wipe everything down and wait for our desserts. It was a busy night but not too busy for bad service. I kinda expected more than diner service at such an expensive restaurant.”

“We dined at Damian for the second time. Our minds and tastebuds were blown again! Everything was high level, food drink, service, desert, even down to the tiny cookie that came with our espresso. And, the duck carnitas, chefs kiss!”

“The signature dish is the crab in sauce, which comes in medium and large sizes. medium is two crabs with two bowls of rice, and large is three crabs. Compared with other Korean restaurants, the sauce crab taste is mild, and it will not be salty enough to explode in the middle of the meal and cannot continue to eat. The crab is fresh, not fishy, and the meat is firm, not squishy. The crab meat is also very full, the crab legs are full, there is no empty shell crab. The sea urchin rice is a little smaller but the sea urchin is enough. regular sea urchins are not particularly sweet, but they are fresh and worth the price. The sea urchin Rice bowl combo will be served with steamed eggs, runny eggs and two prawns in sauce. Raw marinated salmon rice is amazing to me. The salmon is marinated just enough to be flavorful, but not overly salty. The portions are generous. You can eat two bites of each piece of salmon.”

“I was offered an all-expenses paid trip to the "Clark Street Diner" (克拉克街餐厅) on Franklin Avenue. During this All-American™ escapade, I was slyly offered a small bag, containing salt-upon-sea, by a dishevelled, camoflauged Hollywoodian native whilst engourging of the delicacies delivered by this All-American™ "Clark Street Diner" (克拉克街餐厅). I indulged in this salt-upon-sea once entering their one (1) lavatory. This legal and easily accessible substance enhanced my dining experience tenfold. It should be offered at the table, and is my only complaint with the experience. I should not rely on local pathfinders to expand my experience.Vegetarian options: No.Kid-friendliness: The kids were very friendly ! They thoroughly enjoyed my salt-upon-sea.”

“Hands down the best breakfast biscuits I've had. I stop here every single time I'm in l.a. I finally tried something new and ordered the ADB Loco Motto, and it didn't disappoint. The drinks were strong and good. Get there early because it's a neighborhood favorite and fills up fast. The space is cozy, and parking is very limited.Parking: I only saw metered street parking, and there weren't a lot of spots available. You may have to park down the street and walk down to the restaurant.”

“This place is very close to achieving what it's setting out to do: provide an elegant vegetarian dining experience. I think that might be hard to pull off in a strip mall however. The food and the art are fantastic but the interior design was poorly executed and comes off looking a little cheap. I went for my birthday but for the price this might have been a one time experience. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-06”

“Yummy tacos! We had the lomo saltado, carnitas and fish tacos and all were Good! We also had the potato and cheese taquitos and the cara cara Olive oil cake. The Olive oil cake was warm and moist on the inside and was crunchy and crisp on the outside. Went well with the orange sherbet that came with it!”

“Hidden away in the city of Los Angeles is this amazing bar that serves one of the tastiest omakase. Entering the bar, you see a bar top that seats approx 10-12 people, with a open kitchen vibe. My partner and I had a great time. The Sunday crew was very nice and attentive, engaging with the customers and making things fun! The selection of fish was amazing, definitely a different experience compared to other omakase establishments I've been to.Parking was very easy since they provided easy simple instructions on their website :). Will definitely visit again on a Sunday ??Parking: Easy to access garage and the elevator close by. Very nice :)”

“Made reservations ahead of time and was seated within a couple of minutes of arrival. Service and food were amazing. Ordered 4 dishes between 2 of us and must say that our favorite was the goat liver mousse. The crumpets that accompany the mousse were the star!Parking: Parking is along the street around the restaurant. May be difficult to find parking if coming during peak dinner hours. Some streets may be dark so be wary of surroundings.”

“My bff brought home 2 vegan pan dulces from here, they were tasty , but not mind blowing. Props & blessings to Them though for making vegan items . I had a pumpkin empanada & concha type pan: too dry imo. I'll recommend cuz they're vegan, but I won't purchase or travel here. Can't opine on the price or parking or staff as I didn't visit the site.”
