“Finally getting around to doing a review! I've been here about 5 times now and each time it has been so good! Ingredients are fresh and the variety of choices are perfect too! Each time I go in, the staff goes above and beyond with their service. I like that they have a rewards program now which wasn't an option last time I went in. I hope this place continues to strive.“

“Hot dogs are pretty good.However, the manager ( I believe her name is Kylie) is above and beyond in customer service and attentiveness. We were quite surprised as to the level of her service and great attitude. To the DMs and above: Keep an eye on this rising star. Pay and treat her well. She is truly an asset to Weinerschnitzel.“

“So I have been going to McGells since it has opened in many locations throughout the inland empire. Today I was beyond disappointed with the service and the quality. Me and my mother-in-law went for lunch today. We decided to go ahead and dine in outside given the drive thru was beyond long. We went inside and there was absolutely no line but we still waited 20 minutes for food which we had a total of four items. I had ordered just a simple bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and she had ordered Two tacos and we got some chips and guacamole. The guacamole had absolutely no taste which I was pretty disappointed. My mother-in-law‘s tacos were completely soggy and we’re not hot we’re she didn’t even really want to eat them. Then I opened up my burrito and asked him or surprise the beans were not even hot and the cheese was not even melted at all. I was thoroughly unimpressed because this is a brand new location and obviously temperatures are not being met which worries me for bacteria growth. The staff wasn’t very polite on top of it all and seem to have no personality honestly. I’m not one to ever write reviews. But, I have been going to these locations as I’ve said since opening. I hope that they step their game up soon because there soon to lose my business and people that I know also that have the same experiences with their food quality lately.“

“Rodrigo the manager truly showed how much he cares about the customers and The Business. In this day and age where no one hardly even says hello when you go to fast food. This guy not only said hello he wanted to know how you we're doing. I witnessed him serve a couple of elderly couples. He even got their drinks for them as it was hard for them to walk. Other fast food folks need to take lessons from this manager. The restaurant was clean and nice. The food was perfect. I was truly impressed. You really should visit this Carl's Jr. Years ago I got the pleasure of meeting Carl Karcher in a few of his restaurants in Orange County. He would just walk in and start busing tables and asking customers how things were doing. I remember back then being so impressed that the head of a big company like that would come in and first thing right off help his employees and his customers. “Jersey Mike's Sandwich is the BEST addition to Lake Elsinore! So good it's worth the money! I don't normally write reviews but the service I received yesterday is definitely worth my time. Dennis helped put my sandwich together. He took the time to answer all my questions and made my sandwich exactly as requested. But the part is... He did it with a SMILE!! Now that's great service!! Hard to find this kind of service nowadays. You won't go back to Subway after eating Jersey Mike's ~ Ask and try Miike's way!! It's the best! Very friendly staff!
