“After having an extremely long day, wanted to get some chicken for some reason, the order did not process when I placed the order online at 8:30.After I drove 30 min I thought my order will be ready, but for some reason, there was a system malfunction with the online services DoorDash.Ricky, I believe that’s the assistant manager took all the responsibility gave me french fries on the house and started the process and got done in 20 minutes when there were 15 orders in front of mine .I appreciate this kind of service as I was in the restaurant world for 10 years so I understand the hustle. Ricky is the man.Oh, by the way, I was Kang because I haven’t eaten anything since 1 PM“

“I think KFC has tha 2nd best "Big Franchise Fried Chickn" jus as long as they don't use that "Corpor8 Mutant Clone" chickn they did uh few years back. “I walked in and was greeted by Irene whom was friendly with a smile on her face, explained it was my first time and she told me her recommendations and went with the tender, sandwich meal and I added Mac and cheese to try as well since I heard it was really good. The restaurant was clean and not busy. Once I received my food it was well put together and the food was fresh and made to order. Delicious. Not spicy at all I opted for lite mild and mild. I will definitely take it up a notch next time. Their Mac and cheese is seasoned with their fry seasoning and it was good. Their fries are crinkle cut and seasoned to my liking. They serve extra pickles on the side which I enjoy because I am a huge fan of pickles. They give you a side of Dave's sauce which to me taste like a sweeter version of thousand island what I really enjoyed was their honey. That complimented the chicken well. Irene went around checking and asked customers how the food was and if they needed anything, myself and included her and the rest of staff were great! It was a great experience and because customer service was a 10/10 as well I'll recommend this location when mentioning this restaurant“

“This is the first place I have found in Orange County that makes a hot chicken that is legitimately too hot to handle. And I say that as I sweat through the next 3 tenders. It's fantastic but I'll actually order something a little milder next time. Get Clucked means business.“
