It is connected to the State Street Market Food Hall and also in its own small room (away from the restaurants and bakeries and beverages); it has two entrances. It is open Sun-Thu 12-9pm and Fri&Sat 12-10pm. Worker is quick, attentive, and friendly. As of February 2024... The flavors for the ice cream are: Hazelnut Praline, Lime Shortbread, Dark Chocolate (vegan), Verve Coffee w/ chocolate almond praline, Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Penny / Fruit Pops, Bitter Caramel, Lime Sorbet, Salted Butter Toffee, Fresh Mint Chip (Sea to Sky Form?) Scoops Single ($7.25), Double ($9.50), Triple ($10.50), Mini ($6.25), Mini Double ($7.25). Toppings are $1 and include: chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, toasted almonds, whipped cream, toasted marshmallow fluff, dark chocolate cookie crumb, and sprinkles (50 cents). Take Me Home Pints ($12.25), Sundae Kit for Four ($25), Ice Cream Cakes ($75) Their specials are Penny Pop: Verve Coffee, Fruit Pop: Lime, BonBons: Dulce de leche, Shake: Orange Curd, Fruit Reserve: Orange Curd, Float: Hot Chocolate They also have traditional sundaes, affogatos, hot & cold beverages, and Verve Coffee drinks! Refer to my pictures that I attached to this review for menu details :p My loved one absolutely loves Penny's ice cream from Santa Cruz. He got Dark Chocolate (Vegan) flavor. The flavor is pretty cocoa-y. Seems like the quality of the ice cream is consistent. So glad to have Penny's in the South Bay!“

“WildBerry is a wee fro-yo shop that's not a chain as far as I know. Clearly their name is a take on Pinkberry, but unlike the corporate fro-yo franchise, here you get to pull the levers to do your own mixing and matching of the frozen treat. Price per ounce is competitive and even a smidge less than Yogurtland and Pinkberry. For flavours, there's nothing particularly Wild or unique, but what they do, they do very well. The few fro-yo stations all worked smoothly, dispensing every flava in a consistent ideal texture. Every one I tried was Berry yummy: cappuccino, cake batter, strawberry and plain tart.Staff on a weekend afternoon are young (maybe teenagers?) cheerful friendly and extremely customer oriented. I truly appreciated their careful hygienic practices using tongs to fetch things and, upon my request, finding gloves to use at the machines. The tiny shop is kept spic and span. You can't sit inside but no worry because there's an abundance of small benches spaced all throughout the retail complex. On a mild beautiful day, great to sit outside and people watch, or in my case, pet watch. We saw several dogs and I got to say hi to and pet a couple of them. Thanks to Yelp pal Steve for discovering this gem of a fro-yo place, a refreshing change from the big chains. Cute clean unassuming and worth seeking out in Los Altos. Look for Starbucks (at this shopping plaza), and Wild Berry is directly around its corner to the right.“

“I always buy things out of the freezer case so I can't really say much about getting ice cream from the counter. The ice cream cakes are always a great choice for birthdays when you're in a hurry, or want a small treat. With my limited interactions with staff, they have always been nice.“

“Amazing flavors and very warm staff/owners. This unassuming place is in a quiet, older strip mall. The staff were warm, kind and accommodating. The ice cream is delish, with many unique flavors to choose from. I especially enjoyed Orange Cardamom. Games and books available to entertain the kiddos. There's also Nahita's Bakery and Cafe at this location serving up Turkish specialties.“

“Crumbl is all the hype. The iconic pink boxes filled with cookies about the size of your face and weighs a pound. I will give it to the marketing and advertisement aspect. They are always on top of the new flavors every week and customizing it to the unthinkable. Cookies are always tasty and flavorful it could be at times be on the sweeter side, so you can definitely split this up into acouple of meals. I prefer the chilled versions and I've never found any to be dried out. I recommend signing up for their rewards program/app to get up to date on the new flavors. Prices are on the higher side but you at paying for the quality and the specialty item. Wish they offered more promotions or deals. And also wishes they brought back in rotation flavors that are super popular and fan favorites.“

“WOOOOOO. Late at night craving ice cream Salt and Straw is the place to go! Until you see the crazy line which I always hate but is always there when I go to salt n straw. However the wait in line is worth it, and if you don’t have enough time to wait in line to buy a scoop you can buy a pint of any flavor you want and skip the line which I love! We waited in line and when we got to the front we got a server who didn’t look super happy and was not patient with us at all as we asked for samples which we didn’t appreciate at all. It was a busy night but it was no reason for him to be rude. We were still able to get our ice cream and man it is so good. I especially love Salt n Straw’s Coffee love nuts which has a super strong creamy coffee flavor with toffee bits and sweetened pecans. So tasty and refreshing on a warm night! The jasmine milk tea with almond stracciatella was a flavor that was soon going to be rotated out so I am glad I tried it. It was also really tasty but its flavors were more subtle and focused more on the almond than the tea which is fine. OVERALL definitely visit Salt n Straw and get those samples! The ice cream is so creamy and tasty with many unique and fascinating flavors that are all equally good in my opinion. Splurge and enjoy!“
