There are many Korean BBQ in Ktown and there is Daedo. Unique and exquisite... Definitely not your ordinary meat or meal you have experienced elsewhere. Every item served are meticulously prepared to perfection. Their Korean Radish kimchi (kkakdoogi) and dwenjang (fermented bean paste) is just out of this world amazing, they have a profoundly rich and complex flavor that can only be achieved through using only natural ingredients, traditional methods, and most importantly time. No corners were cut only the fat off the meat they served. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work!
