We had a great time at Gritz N’ Wafflez! The vibe was like home. We live in the south so we love grits. They were creamy and delicious. The drinks were fresh and refreshing. The chicken was seasoned and tasty. I loved the music. It was like being in your kitchen waiting on hot breakfast to be done on a Saturday morning.
Yes I really recommend it was very good. I really enjoyed the places and people. I would love to go back I’m definitely going back.

It was even better than I remember. I had the catfish po boy, chicken & waffles. The French bread, remoulade sauce & generous seasoning of the fish were delicious. I would definitely not consider myself a grits fan but the fried cinnamon sugar grits…so good. I can definitely post photos of empty boxes but other than that ??♀️.
