First I gotta give a big shoutout to Ray, Manny, and Chef Eric. You guys treated me with the upmost love and kindness. I really can't say thank you enough for sharing this wonderful first time experience. We went to Hatch on Friday at 9pm. We had reservations. It was pretty empty, which was nice. Really cool ambiance. The highlight was the Pandan Express Cocktail, which was a green, matcha mixed drink. It had meili vodka, pandan syrup, coconut cream, lemon, and matcha. It tased like Matcha with a hint of spirit. I really liked how it was served with the green matchstick snacks. We also ordered the Ghost Malone, which was a tequila based mixed drink. That one was definitely stronger....read full review

I found this place 2 years ago completely by accident. My family and I walked in, and the rest was history. Amazing atmosphere, amazing service, and the cherry on top: the AMAZING food. I can't say enough about the food. Excellent selection, combinations, and taste. The chef knows what they're doing, and it shows. The black fried rice is so unique and delicious.
