When I buy their drinks at night their boba is very hard and dry, but during the daytime it's often quite soft and sweet. Their drinks are inconsistent but their service is very courteous and fast.

Very disappointed. My kids and niece ordered 3 drinks, two of the three were not good. My nieces jasmine milk tea was bitter and awful tasting. The boba tasted like plastic, the tea tasted old and bitter. My daughter’s Tai milk tea was so strong she had to add milk at home to neutralize it. I tried to call to express our complaints (four times), and they didn’t answer their phone. I called at 8:36pm, and business hours say until 10:00pm. I honestly wouldn’t have even wrote this complaint if they answered their phone and I was able to have a conversation with them. Overall, very disappointed.

I've been here several times over many years and they make the best taro slush near me. I live in San Fernando and the boba places there suck so bad that I have to go out of my way to come here.

After a family dinner I asked my nieces if they wanted to check out a milk tea shop that we've never been. Nieces are always down for a new experience so off to the milk tea shop! I've seen the Boba Loca chain around for a long while now but never been. Walking into this shop I noticed a lot of old photos hung up on the wall. Other things such as food items that are no longer available and some drinks that are no longer availably. I feel that this location has seen better days. During my visit there wasn't even a place to sit down if you wanted to hang out. I made my order and was ready to leave as soon as I got the drinks. Didn't see anything that popped out as their specialty drink so I went with my go to which is Taro milk tea. I ordered 4 drinks and waited til we got home to drink them so we can drink them all together. (bought my sis one also) My taro was good. Was mild on the sweetness. But my sis and nieces' drinks were really sweet. I tried theirs and it made my drink taste like water. Overall it wasn't the best experience. Parking: small private lot VERDICT: One and done

This place is one of the worst places you can get boba from. I ordered a black tea with boba. The boba is over cooked and the drinks are way over sweetened. Would not drop another dollar here
I believe all small businesses always try's to make a great impact on all customers, customers are the key source to any business. With that being said this business needs to HIGHLY train their employees. Not only was I greeted by a young lady who seemed to be miserable at her job, but she & another employee messed up 3 different orders including mine. The owner instead of taking charge started to make the atmosphere uncomfortable by yelling & belittle his employees. There is a time and place for that but at that moment the orders just needed to be fixed. Other than that the Boba was great, its not the product its the customer service.

When I got to the place, I wasn't sure if I want to order cause it looked a bit messy. But I gave it a try, and honestly it wasn't my best boba tea. It wasn't bad either, but I definitely had better ones. Also, I got pizza pretzel and it tasted like old dough. Although, service was great, I just didn't like their food.
