“Awesome karaoke bar! Good drinks and easy to find location. I parked on the street nearby. Bartenders are quick and friendly! I definitely sang karaoke while I was there. It was busy so be prepared to wait 1-2 hours for your name to be called. You sign up by adding an account on instagram and direct messaging them your song request.“

“Went yesterday for my first time to play some pool. There was a good amount of pool tables. Loved the ambience! Cool chill spot. The service from Anthony our bartender was top tier! Will definitely come back again! Only reason why I'm rating 4/5 is because the music selection was not it.“
“If you're on the lookout for an establishment that blends top-notch cocktails with an unbeatable atmosphere, look no further than Powerhouse Bar. Tucked away in the heart of the Hollywood, this gem stands out as a haven for cocktail enthusiasts and social butterflies alike.“
“What a CLASSIC DIVE BAR! AMAZING VIBES. You can feel the movie and celebrity history of this place. From where The Doors, Harry Bosch and LA CONFIDENTIAL'S stars! Damm! And it's not just the vibe. The bartender made my wife among the best shaken Margaretta ever and my import beer was ice cold....all for $12.... vs the $60 we spent at the wonderful Musso and Franks (great also but in different ways). Great doorman that smiles but is unmoveable....LOLYou need to Research before you go to appreciate it's history! WonderfulPs, No Food that I can see....Who the hell needs it...YOUR IN THE FROLIC ROOM...OMG“

“Last night my brother and I visited this establishment while looking for somewhere to eat. The service was good and the atmosphere was kick back. We ordered the chicken basket and it was wickedly delicious. The way the chicken was prepared, widely woke up our taste buds. It was very close to home as well, and we will certainly be visiting more often in our future. I highly recommend Crawford.“

“Cassidy and Rafa have revolutionized this kitchen! The food is amazing! We live in the hood and always stop by here "for one" on the way home. We now go out of our way to stop and eat here too. Family vibes. Neighborhood Peeps. Friendly bartenders Alan, Mo, Crystal, Lindsay, Rocky!! The BEST neighborhood bar. Highly recommend!“

“Great place, great crowd, great bartenders, great tables. This was one of the first places that opened up after the lockdowns, so I'm so grateful to Brickyard for giving me a place to do what I loveI've never had food there, but I'm giving them five stars anyway, bc they're that awesome“

“Perfect spot for great bar food, chill vibes and friendly bartenders. Half or full pitchers of cold beer and a full bar with tons of TVs to watch Dodger games. In the summer, they keep the AC cranking. Good lunch specials and Taco Tuesdays deals (3 street tacos for $3).“

“Haven't been to Gold Room in years, better than I remember it. Small dive bar off Sunset. Bartender Tony was friendly, attentive and quick to take our drink order. His cocktails were very very well made. He takes his time and you can tell enjoys the craft. Tried the Double Trouble and Pineapple Express. Double Trouble is absolutely delicious - 10/10. Pineapple Express was just as good, but def loaded (has mezcal & tequila). It'll have you feeling good real quick. Drink prices are reasonable priced for LA. Same for their daily happy hour menu. Very solid beer menu too. They have a jukebox you can pay to control the music which is kinda cool. Get to hear a variety of music genres cause of it. Solid bar for a quick beer or cocktail.“

“Sunday night fun night totally unexpected standing room only in a crowded bar“
“I came here after an assistant director told me about it. After Mother's Day I decided it was time for mother's night. I hit up residuals lone wolfing it. I was quick to befriend a comedian who informed me that the White Russian drinks they make are good. Their prices are extremely reasonable compared to most bars in LA. Tip if you have a residual check for under a dollar you get a free drink. Make some friends with old people. I met a variety of different interesting characters. WARNING: This is a bar where people can actually sing during karaoke.“
“This is a cool laidback neighborhood bar with a huge lounge area, pool table, and TVs.I’ve been 4 times and it was pleasant each time.Patrons play good music on the TouchTunes. People are polite and cordial. I’ve met some nice people here. The ladies room is clean and fresh.Drinks are very reasonable during happy hour. Specialty cocktails are regular-priced almost as high as Ventura Blvd.Staff does their job and treats customers like they are happy to be there.“
“A cash only dive bar, it's very dark inside. They open at 8am, which is perfect for night shift workers. They always greet you with a smile. Drinks are reasonable and you will always walk away laughing because it is a fun atmosphere to relax and get cocktails. They also do Karaoke on Sunday nights, it's busy, but great singers and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend if you need a great dive bar. Parking is usually available in the parking lot or on the street nearby. Just watch out for street cleaning signs if you leave your car.“
“We had a blast! Sherman Oaks-EncinoChamber of Commerce hosted a networking mixer event here. The owner presented us with some history and lite bites. I will definitely return to support and have a great time. This was our second time going on Tuesday’s Open Mic Night! The artists are talented. We’ve been highly pleased with the staff service, atmosphere, and characters. We are delighted to add The Barrel to our normal routine.“

“I came here on a whim after wanting to avoid the crowds at Zebulon. Honestly this bar is a hidden gem, and thank god it hasn’t been flipped upside down and turned into condos. The outside is a neon lit heaven from the 1960s. You enter and the staff are warm from the get go. There is a left and a right side to the bar: The right side is a sizable dance floor complete with a gigantic disco ball, Dj booth, a couple leather booths, and panther sculptures. They played disco and funk this very day and the crowd was diverse and cool. The left side is the bar where there a probably 5 or six extremely comfortable retro leather booths. They have a great tequila selection but you can also order a $4 Tecate. My kind of joint full of vibe that i can’t wait to try again!“
“It's a dive bar. Don't expect mint pinky up drinks. Expect to be treated as you treat others and yes the bartenders are dicks to people that don't know how to act or break the rules. Don't be an idiot or do.. whatever... have fun.“
“I was only in town for a couple of days and decided to stop by on a whim. So glad I did! The servers were so kind and attentive. The atmosphere was chill and welcoming, and the drinks were so good! Richelle was bartending that night and made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!“
“Great dive bar. I can't thru here to grab a couple of drinks with a friend on his birthday. I used to frequent this establishment a lot many years ago and I loved how friendly the bartenders were. This feeling still holds true nearly 10 years later. They've got a pool table and a music machine that'll play if you pay. Honestly a great neighborhood bar. Beer & wine only - expetion they now have soju.“
“Decent venue, nothing fancy, but is affordable, sometimes you can snag a spot on the street near by, they have cool acts and events. I am surprised I never reviewed it since I have been going to the Echo for over 10 years for concerts, NYE parties and always had a good time. The crowd is OK, bathrooms clean enough, drinks are reasonably priced. I like their DJ-s and their sets, really fun and gets you on that dance floor. I prefer small venues like the Echo, more intimate, with more character, edgier! Keep your eyes on their Events calendar!“
“This cozy neighborhood bar has left the best impressions! Hospitable bartender, they carry wine and beers, my favorite is the IPA beer! They have a pool table and dart boards.I recommend this Tavern to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.“
“Low key unpretentious bar. Good bang for your $$ buck !!“
“Love this bar!!!! Their drinks and shots are super cheap and the vibe is awesome. They were playing throwback rock music like Blink 182, Killers, etc the night I went which I loved. Highly recommend if you're in WeHo and looking for a place to get wasted for cheap!“
“Great "Hidden" off the beatn path. Dark (New York Style), Old, Wooden Historic Bar!!With stong *Inexpensive* drinks! Located in a haunted hotel. Yup!! (All my photos taken there seemed to have disappeared????)Parking: Park on street paid. Can find some "unmetered spots." But can park in hotel and get validated.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its wheelchair friendly.“

“I'll keep it extremely brief because it's a local bar and there isn't much you need to know. First thing to be noted is Terry and Will the bartenders are valley legends, I'll take the Pepsi challenge that they have the best pours within a 15 mile radius. Now I'll warn you it's 1000% a local bar. Very no frills and the men's bathroom is reminiscent of a NYC subway in the 80's but it's all good because you can get a triple Tito's and red bull for $6. Come on down, have a drink and tip your bartender“

“This place is really cool... great vibe and not overly crowded. Definitely would have given it 5 stars but they allow smoking on the small patio and the whole area becomes rather unpleasant. I'm definitely going back but I'll be drinking inside.“
