very good! cute hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shop. Food tastes homemade as if I was eating dinner at my filipino friend's home. I love that you can sample the different kinds of meats there before making a choice! Staff (the nice dude with glasses) was helpful in explaining the different options and how it was made. The meat is a little salty but it's meant to eat with rice to balance the flavor. Also, the owner was very sweet. :)
I am all here for this goodness of what reminds me from being home. And the filipino owner, is the sweetest, and so geniune. Long story short, i moved away from home at a young age and missed my mom's delicious cooking every day. The things i took for granted. this Filipino spot is one of my stops when I am just craving a home made meal. It's always the same guy at the register and he's really sweet. They also have a small collection of Filipino goods! So i get my ketchup and frozen siopaos here too.
