“We went to try out Wang's in the Desert on our way home from Coachella. We wanted something yummy after a weekend of festival food! We started with the beef skewers as an appetizer and they were amazing. I'm not a huge beef person, but these had great flavor and were very tender. For our main course we got yellow curry, which had big flavor, but spicy was mild. Garlic chicken which had a good amount of flavor and chicken, the snap peas were delicious. We also got the lo mein with chicken. The noodles were done perfectly and this was my favorite. Everything we ate was really good and since it was family style, the portions were big enough for my husband and I to both get our fill of each dish with some to take home for later! For dinner we had the green tea ice cream and banana wontons. They both were good but the banana wontons were to die for, I will be ordering those anytime we come back, and we will be back.“

“We come to this Panda specifically for two reasons: The food is excellent and the server named Marlen is always very kind to our daughter. She goes above and beyond in her customer service and is the reason why we choose to visit this Panda rather than going to the one closest to us. Thank you for creating an excellent experience for us Marlen.“

“I frequent this establishment. Tonight there were several employees running around behind the counter but most of the display food bowls were empty and customers mostly weren’t being waited on. In other words, the frenetic activity wasn’t producing revenue. I walked out empty handed after waiting for service. Sad.“

“I notice that PF Chang's has greatly reduced the size of their menu, but the food we had was excellent. Taste, preparation, and presentation were also excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. While Chang's seems to have toned down their restaurants somewhat since the pandemic, it was still a great place for dinner in a small or large group. Miss the duck...“

“We went there for the first time today. My family loved the food and service. My husband spilled his water on the table and they told us to not worried about it. We moved to another table and they offered another drink with no problem. Excellent customer service. Definitely Recommend!“

“What to say about the emperor? Overall the food is good and of better than decent quality. Is it gourmet? No. But you're not getting gourmet Chinese food for under 20 bucks a head. There is a wide selection of assorted Chinese delicacies plus a fresh made sushi bar with all sorts of rolls to choose from. There's also a hot grill, Mongolian grill, sort of section where you choose what you want and it is cooked to order. There are often a lot of families here because it is cheap eats. So be aware that there are times it is exceptionally crowded. Went for mother's Day 2024, and was okay with a possible 20-30 minute wait, but the normal $18 buffet was 30 bucks. Sorry not going to happen.“

“I was so anxious to find a real Chinese food in California ( my experience in Los Angeles and Hollywood was not the best ) moving from NEW YORK to PALM SPRINGS I’m used to New York style Chinese food !! I was so surprised to find this cute little restaurant with an amazing server and delicious food and noodle chips . The prices are great and again the attention was 100% . I’ll be back for more . Loved their fried rice ????? and the egg drop soup was heaven“

“I wanted to try a different Panda close by and had never been to this Panda. We decided to go Sunday night at 6:30 pm. As we walked in the door, I started to have second thoughts because there were only a few people dining there. However, when we were served and was paying, suddenly a long line magically appeared. As I ate, the quality of the cooking was better than the other Panda close by. Plenty of families. Very important; plenty of Asians eating there, too! Plenty of ice (unlike the other one that was out) and plenty of tea hours before closing (unlike the other one).Bottom line: Goodbye other Panda; hello new favorite Panda. Better all around.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs and kid's meal choices.Parking: Plenty in the front and side. Easy in and out from Hwy 111Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap tables and plenty of room for handicapped person to see and order. Staff will happily bring to your table.“

“Great service great food! Ate here with the whole family. The food was delicious and the service was solid. Not sure why they have gotten bad reviews. This place is a simple throwback to eating Chinese in a restaurant setting and it taste homemade. Try it.“
