The turon here.....phewww. I can imagine them being hounded on especially at the end of Filipino family parties when the host busts out Ziploc bags and Styrofoam boxes for guests to take a bunch of food home (IYKYK)......assuming there are turon leftovers of course. I already like the turon here simply because there is a good amount of jackfruit in them lol. My bias. Extra points for top crunch factor and the wizardry of them being completely glazed yet not overwhelmingly sweet....read full review
Consistency, good customer service, and delicious food is what keeps us coming back for more. I think this location has the best turon in the Los Angeles area hands down. Each turon is wrapped perfectly with just the right amount of glaze. These are a hit at any party! While you're here don't forget the other item they are famous for, which is the chicken empanadas. Come and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The best turon (deep fried glazed banana egg rolls) in town. This place specializes in turon and Filipino empanadas. We always order dozens for any party we have. Paired with ice cream it is super delicious. I highly recommend this place. Don't buy turon from anywhere else. Also it is very cheap. But they do run out fast. So I suggest calling to place an order.
