“The food was served very hot and in a timely manner. The service was great/excellent. My wife and I order the chicken strips. They were very delicious. The sauce for the chicken strips were very good ?. I want to return with my extended family (sister and nephews). “Ate at this site on 5/16/2023 at 5:46pm. Your cashier Lorena & server Omar were the best in customer service, very friendly, helpful and very courteous. Nowadays that great attitude of theirs stands out and is very commendable. I congratulate you on these 2 employees. We were a party of 3. Thank you.“

“So we placed a phone order. Pattymelt, light onions, chicken breast sandwich and 1 small order of fries. We get there and. The guy at the counter was straight up rude. He charged us for what I thought was the order n it was only for the sandwiches. We said where are our fries? Um she said only the sandwiches...my husband said no! I heard you on the phone repeat the order..with a small fries. I said, I ordered with you on speaker, so, yes he did hear you acknowledge my order. Soo he charged us an additional $3.30, which my husband paid for. What we ordered was not $20-A pattymelt is a hamburger patty on rye bread with a slice of cheese and some caramelized onions. My party melt had a lot of raw onions in it. I ended up taking all the onion out. Good think I'm not allergic too onions...I don't know if this cashier over charged us just to do that, but a party melt and chicken sandwich are not $20-a party melt is $5.99 at most... ridiculous..,and cashier, please change your attitude...smile and be kind to the patrons, please... Thank You ?“

“I love the teriyaki from this place. Have been eating with my family at Golden Bowl for years. As I mentioned, I live their teriyaki, their service is good, but I would highly recommend checking your order before you leave if you are going through the Drive-Thru. I was just there, and for the 3rd or 4th time, they did not add the Avocado I paid for on my teriyaki plate. So word to the wise, check your order before you leave.“

“Parking: Went to Carl’s Jr. #1100340 for lunch (store number via receipt), When I entered the store I was promptly welcomed into a clean and orderly environment. When it came time to order my Famous Star Combo meal, a shift leader by the name Maria Was exceptionally kind and catering too me. Felt really appreciated and listened too, which was pleasant change of pace considering how the rest of my day went so far. Once my food was ready she brought it out too me and catered to my needs, so all in all the Maria was exceptional Super Star. She made my day.“
