This is an awesome study spot. Food isn't bad either. It's not my favorite breakfast burrito in town because I'm not a huge fan of arugula in a burrito, but it does the trick. It's a cute spot with lots of natural sunlight in the front room. It has convenient parking with a paid lot across the street.
Great food, great service and there was only a little bit of noise from the neighbors, but that doesn’t happen every day so it was really good. The coffee was so good and the staff are amazingly nice. 10/10 recommend.

Really nice shop and experience! Came here with a few friends on a weekday morning and it was a little busy, and our food and coffee still came out within 10 minutes. I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito and enjoyed it so much!! The oat milk latte hot was also tasty. I would come back.
