I was in the area for work and a coworker actually recommended this place to me! It seems to be one of those trusty college delis that suddenly appeared one day and permanently becomes student lore. Inside, I found a quant mini-market stocked with a bunch of snacks, drinks, and the counter for ordering. The worker (i forgot his name!) helped us immediately, and I ordered the pastrami. Cannot say enough good things about this place. It's nestled into a quiet little neighborhood in Pasadena and it's like something out of a movie. Very cute and rustic, very much homemade and handmade. It's got plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and it's right across the street from a park. Ordered the Turkey Mila sandwich with lemonade and a delicious chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich is absolutely out of this world. To boot they have exceptionally friendly staff and great service. This is a wonderful casual lunch spot!
