“This place never disappoints, the cream cheese wontons and the chili oil wontons are so good. You can tell they enjoy what they do because it's not too oily and it's very flavorful. There handmade dumplings are really good too they kinda remind me of soup dumplings“

“Best pho Vietnamese phood in town by far. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. This is going to be the spot for a long time to come. All my kids loved it from my littlest to my pickiest. They have a robot server that my baby just loved, and we all got a kick out of it. I am definitely returning soon to try out other dishes. My wife also enjoyed the coffee. 5/5 easy. Come check them out!“

“Went to Tokido today for dinner, you're instantly greeted as soon as you walk in.The restaurant is a nice small place. The dining room has fun anime paintings all around! Music is also fun!The waiter gave us detailed instructions on how to order. You'll have to scan the QR code on your table. This will bring up the menu, just input the amount of people in your party, and instant access to order for your table. What did we order?Drinks:•Iced Passionfruit Green Tea - Light, not too sweet, and very refreshing!•Iced Lychee Green Tea - Also very refreshing, that perfect balance between the lychee and tea.Appetizers:•Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice - The tuna itself was delicious, the crisp on the rice was great, the sauce had a slight sweetness to it that kinda threw me off. Now does that mean it's bad? No, just not my personal preference.•Fried Soft Shell Crabs - Pure perfection, the crabs were crunchy, and super flavorful by itself. I added a squeeze of lime onto my next piece, that gave it an extra zest that made it even better!Main Course:•Toki Butter & Corn Ramen - Let me tell you how excited I was for this, and it did not disappoint! The butter that melted and blended in with the broth. Perfect. I also added a bit of chili oil to cut through the richness, which made it even better! The chicken chashu was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The seasoned egg just added that much more to this ramen! If was so satisfying!•Toki Special Ramen - This was what my friend ordered. He talked about how rich the broth was, and the pork chashu was so tender and amazing.Overall it's a great place, will definitely go again when I'm in the area!“

“Went here for the first time today. Was a late lunch and we were the only customers there. My wife ordered the Chnpon ramen I had the fried chicken ramen. We were served promptly by the efficient server. Both our dishes were flavorful and generous portions. Hard to understand the few reviewers who felt the food was bland. My wife has visited Japan and felt this was an authentic Japanese Raman . This is our go to ramen place. Highly recommended!“

“Bowl House is fantastic. Service was on-par and the owners go beyond what you expect. I ordered 34 garlic sesame chicken plates and (some sides for me potstickers with ponzu - awesome, shrimp plate - awesome) - and requested all 34 plates to be prepared by a certain time. Not only was it ready, packed, but William and his wife helped me bring the boxes to my van. All 34 plates were eaten and University of Redlands Mens Water Polo players and coaches. They were super thankful. If I am in La Verne, I would come back to Bowl House. It is in kind of an old town La Verne area where you can park and walk around and visit the local shops. Parking was easy. Thank you so much!“

“I will never eat at another sushi place again, especially in this area ! Kisetsu is the real deal. The fish is EXTREMELY fresh and the best quality I have had in a number of years. The service is superb and the owner Joel and team bring a fun vibe while in a nice cozy setting. I can't say enough about how good the food is here and a bonus is the affordable price points ! My friend who doesn't historically eat sushi now eats sushi after eating here! We can't wait to come back very soon. Thank Joel and team for such a great experience !“

“Finally a place around here that sells Xiao Long Bao. It is in the same plaza as the Montclair Mall. There is plenty of parking and the place is quite big. I wanted to write a review after coming here for Togo and dine in. If you eat here it is pretty clean. The staff is nice and they even think of kids with a kids plate and kids water with plastic utensils.FoodOne of the things that stood out was how fresh they make the food. Upon ordering the Xiao Long Bao, you can go watch them make it. We tried the BBQ pork which was decent with the honey, and had the vegetable bun.I would say the food is quite good, but it is a little more on the pricier side if you were to order this somewhere else. You would save the trip if you live locally. Would like to try some other dishes and see what else they have. Until next time“

“Situated inside of 168 Chinese supermarkets with its own set of clean seats and tables. The stir fried thin rice noodles were good, as were the fried stuffed tofu. This is a good place to taste some basic Indonesian dishes besides nasi gorings.“

“This was my very first visit. I am so upset that I have not been here before. I've been depriving myself of their food for so long! The sushi was immaculate. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very comfortable and has great vibes.“
“I recently got to dive into their spring rolls, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed ride that I'm still dreaming about! When those spring rolls hit the table, it was like a burst of sunshine. They were all colorful and inviting, wrapped up in rice paper and filled with the freshest veggies and juicy protein. Taking that first bite was pure bliss. Crunchy veggies, tender protein, and that dipping sauce? Oh man, it was like a party in my mouth! Sweet, tangy, and just the right kick of spice--it was the perfect dance partner for those spring rolls. What I love about Golden Noodle and Grill is that they don't mess around with quality. You can tell they put love and care into every roll. And let's not forget about the portions--they're super generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. And the vibe? So chill and welcoming. The staff are always smiling and ready to make sure you have a great time. So, if you're ever in the mood for a Vietnamese food adventure, Golden Noodle and Grill is the spot to hit up. Trust me, those spring rolls will blow your mind!“

“Stopped by on Saturday noon, but restaurant was not crowded at all. Had a tonkotsu spicy miso ramen. As a ramen lover, the food was OK. I like the soup base and topping but the noodle seems overcooked or maybe it's just the noodle that was mushy and soggy. Tables were unstable, not just one, and I hope that could be fixed.“

“Great food, pretty generous for a to-go order, & reasonably priced. Tried the curry chicken (yellow) and the beef pad see ew, and both were pretty good, given this price point. Here's an update to the menu, b/c the previous menu pics are a year old. Only got 2 pages of a 6+ page menu.“

“Went this place for the first time. I loved it. They play music from 9 o’clock until they close. The music is Deep House EDM and they play it loud and they have club lights going. If you’re into that kind of music, you will love it in there. We ate some salt and pepper, shrimp, and salt and pepper calamari with rice and a bowl of pho. So delicious. You can see by the pictures that it has a huge mural on the wall. That art was amazing. The service was really nice and they food hit the spot. For sure going back. Just image being at a EDM club and eating good food and hanging out. I was grooving while i ate.“

“Nice and chill spot to go for a lunch break. I've come here a few times and there staff here are really nice. Usually, just find an open seat when you walk in. The food is here is good I personally like the Vermicelli bowls when I would come eat for lunch. Food comes out pretty quick and usually it's not to busy so it's a good restaurant to come in and chill and have good bite of Vietnamese food.“

“Taiwanese fast food self serve restaurant. Lunchtime (Sunday) is very hard to get a seat before 2 pm so take out maybe a better opinion. Noodles are very delicious and al dente. Soy Wild Mango is very good, and not too sweet. Pork Chop and Porksticks can be slightly salty but overall is good. Probably the cheap eats here because no tips included, and come back to try more next time.“

“One of the best sushi restaurants I've tried hands down. First the ambience gives you calm and chill Tokyo vibes. Soft lighting and ample room. I went here on a first date after a long wait at Chubby Cattle KBBQ. After signing in at about 8:30pm on a Friday night we were seated no less than 20 minutes later. We were at the bar (which I prefer to watch the sushi chef at work) and he was very entertaining and had an amazing conversation as well. Now to the food, the appetizers were 7/10 as we ordered the mixed tempura, which was good but not anything to brag about, the crab cakes were lackluster and the baked green mussels were the standout but maybe because of the sauce. Now the rolls were a 9/10, my favorites being the truffle hunter which is topped with razor thin sliced raw onion giving it a cut between the earthiness of the truffle oil and also the red dragon roll which was amazing with tuna and garnished with fire and raw garlic. The Cajun roll was surprisingly good. It has the after taste of Tams fries seasoning. The Jessica albacore was fresh, spicy and well balanced it was a specialty roll. Also if you buy 4 rolls of the regular sushi menu(specialty rolls not included) you get 50% off the sushi rolls. We also ordered the Baked Scallop roll, which wasn't bad at all. It was just a generic version of the roll. Thats the only reason they got a 9/10 on the sushi. The pricing was not bad at all. Very worth the price. The customer service. Was stellar. I just noticed I forgot they had ramen. I'll be updating once I've had it.“

“Haven't been here since remodeled. Prices are good based on the area, and no need to pay tips because almost everything is self serve. However, service is ok but not every employee has good service. Food is good, and you have to self serve soy sauce or chili sauce etc. Porridge is still an excellent and big portion in my opinion. I like the Pork Chop and the black pepper sauce is the perfect match, and pork chops are not dry. Probably a place will come back for brunch.“

“Excellent, quick service, authentic Chinese cuisine, very clean and quiet place and very charming staff. It was like dining in my own home with excellent food. Their walnut shrimp to die for like Iv never had before except in Hong Kong. Kung pao chicken was another winner. Mongolian beef? Yummmmm. “

“I recently tried the Tonkotsu Spicy Black at Yoshiharu Ramen, and it was a delightful experience. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles achieved that perfect al dente texture that's essential for a great bowl of ramen. The attentive service, particularly from the waitress, added to the positive experience. The ambient atmosphere, complemented by really nice music, created a vibe that made me feel younger. Overall, a fantastic combination of taste, service, and ambiance. Highly recommended!“

“I was so happy to finally find a solid Taiwanese restaurant! I ordered dishes that reminded me of being back in Taiwan, growing up and buying food hot off the street stalls. everything was delicious, and the portions are HUGE for the price point. they also had a fun deal going on where they threw in a tea of your choice if you ordered a specific combo - we chose winter melon tea and it was a perfect palate cleanser. service was quick and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and about half filled at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. I will definitely be returning here with my parents!“

“I'm from San Francisco, so my bar for roast duck is Cheung Hing. I haven't tried much roast duck in Socal yet, but I definitely think the roast duck from Tasty Box is better than Ho Kee Cafe's. I'm still searching for solid roast duck out here.“

“I highly recommend their food for dine-in and take out. I've been their customer for 20+ years, although they changed owners, but the chef remained the same. New dishes are also delicious, and I love their Taiwanese cuisine, especially their rice noodles. Some of my recommendations that I typically order are eggplant with basils, fried eggs with radish, onion pork, beef with ginger and scallion sauce, house special chicken in a pot, house special squid in a pot, fish filet in hot bean sauce, and hot and sour soup,“

“Edit: original review below was 1 star, changed to 5 because of Ivy's customer service. Ivy commented very quickly on the original review, explained what happened, and offered to make things right. She was very courteous and very professional when I was messaging her and my family is very happy with how she's treated us, her response to the issue we had, and how she fixed the issue for us. We are looking forward to coming back to Pho Ha. Thank you Ivy for making things right for us! Original review: Very bad service. My family placed a to-go order today and they forgot a fried rice we ordered. My dad called after and explained what happened. The girl who answered the phone kept saying "I didn't know". No apology, no offer to fix the mistake, nothing. Just kept telling my dad that she didn't know the fried rice was missing. Constantly avoiding taking responsibility and refusing to take accountability. Very immature and unprofessional to say the least. Even worse for us because we are local regulars here. They couldn't even say sorry once“
