“Wow!!!!!!! I can still taste the chicken pesto crepe. Oh my dear, Yahweh- was that the most delicious ckn. Pesto I've ever had in my life??YES. The owner is a sweet and very busy lady and she definitely knows what great customer service should look like. Amazing! The guys in the kitchen- well, it wouldn't be what an amazing place it is, without you all cooking back there and serving too! Yes it was super busy and a bit of a wait- BUT soooooooo well worth it!!! A bit pricy but that's because (and my daughter can appreciate this more) it's Organic and we all know how expensive organics can cost business owners and consumers alike. Well, amazing crepes and matcha lavender drink and amazing customer service. Be patient and this place will NOT disappoint you. Thank you! And thank you for the military discount. “Best Thai food in Redding!!!!! This is a small restaurant so seating is limited at lunch although there is a covered patio for outdoor dining. The flavor of everything on the menu is fresh and tasty. Only open Monday through Friday and close at 6pm. You can't go wrong with anything they serve.”

I left my credit card on the table when we left and they were closed by the time I realized it was gone. I called the next day and they said they would hold onto it until we came back by. We stopped yesterday for lunch and they had saved my card for me. Lunch was excellent again and the waitress, I didn't get her name, was a sweetheart. I highly recommend Trendy's!”

I moved back here about 5 years ago, been meaning to hit Joes but haven't till today, my buddy from Sac. wanted to give it a try (he's big on smoking meat and is very good at it). We both really liked the meat, the food is very very good, the Mac and cheese (wasn't on the menu) was delicious!! The amount of food is plenty enough for two large guys that can eat. The best part about this place however is the staff and owner, the girl at the counter overheard me saying I'd like to try their macaroni salad against mine, and even though I ordered the Mac and cheese she still brought me some just to see if I liked it better than my own! the owner then came out asked if the food was edible, great guy, funny. I work in the Bay Area ever week then come home here on the weekends! So many people in the Bay Area nobody sees each other at all. Smokin Joes bbq and places like it are the reason why I choose to call this area home. Keep up the good work.”

In addition to a beer tasty menu the vibe was laid back and not loud. It is even pet friendly. I would recommend Fall River and will return next time I’m in town. Their IPA selection was vast with many that had great fruity flavor and not overly hoppy.”

The cashier was joking with us while we were ordering, and another person was making sure everyone was happy. The restaurant was clean and didn't smell like fried food at all. The condiments station was spotless, the tables were clean, the floors didn't feel sticky. You know how the smell of fried food sticks to your clothes when you enter an establishment? You didn't have to worry about that at all here, which was much appreciated. The food...the food!! The serving size was enormous, more than enough to take home for a second meal. I loved adding the malt vinegar to the fries, it was the acid you needed to break up the richness of the fried food. The potato salad and cole slaw was nice and cool, a great side. The fish was amazing, perfectly crispy exterior with a flakey interior. The fish and chips didn't taste and feel oily at all, which was impressive to me. The fish didn't taste fishy at all, but the batter didn't overpower the fish as well. It was very well balanced. Definitely looking forward to coming back. I'll probably try the clam strips or calamari next time!”

Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the process of setting up an event with them was easy, both of these attributes are very important when planning a wedding. On the wedding day they were on time and ready to go. The food was delicious, many of our guests never had Mediterranean food before and it was a very positive first experience. Many people complimented them and wanted to know where they can go to have their food outside of our wedding. “Best sushi in Shasta County, for whatever that’s worth. Their lunch specials make this a place to put on your rotation with the Chinese joint down the street and eating at home. Yup, should be included in the best of Redding. The vibe is Sacramento cool (they awkward) but the sushi is fresh and spicy as you want it to be. Recommend the spicy gyoza. Will be going back this week.”

The location is kinda right with the ice cream parlor so it's not super open, more like cafeteria seating, but great if you're going out with friends for a quick bite! I moved back here about 5 years ago, been meaning to hit Joes but haven't till today, my buddy from Sac. wanted to give it a try (he's big on smoking meat and is very good at it). We both really liked the meat, the food is very very good, the Mac and cheese (wasn't on the menu) was delicious!! The amount of food is plenty enough for two large guys that can eat. The best part about this place however is the staff and owner, the girl at the counter overheard me saying I'd like to try their macaroni salad against mine, and even though I ordered the Mac and cheese she still brought me some just to see if I liked it better than my own! the owner then came out asked if the food was edible, great guy, funny. I work in the Bay Area ever week then come home here on the weekends! So many people in the Bay Area nobody sees each other at all. Smokin Joes bbq and places like it are the reason why I choose to call this area home. Keep up the good work.”

Plus the food truck outside, The Sum of All Smoke, was absolutely delicious!
