I visited this spot for lunch with a colleague to try their poke bowls. This poke’s fish texture was more jelly when bit ( might be marinated in a special Hawaiian way) compared to Japanese/Asian style poke for your reference. Just not the best texture to me, personally. I am in general more used to having non-Hawaiian style poke.Side dishes are in generous size, though the Edamame tasted a bit cold, hard, raw, and unflavored to me. When I mentioned my long drive home, the staff went the extra mile by packing my poke in separate bags of ice to ensure it stayed fresh and safe.
