Best noodles you'll ever have. I like putting a dash of white pepper (it's complementary and comes in a shaker at every table) before taking a big bite of the noodle. There's something about the combination of chili oil spice and dry white pepper spice that make it so addicting. After being disappointed by overpriced overhyped food all over LA, eating here was refreshing. Two noodle dishes and a side set us back less than $30 bucks. This hole-in-the-wall is truly a hidden gem
Pleasantly surprised! I had very low expectations for the place since I drive by it daily and it's a hole-in-the-wall kind of restaurant by the liquor store. We ordered the Chungking Handmade Noodles as we were craving some Chinese schezwan-style numbing beef noodle soup. Tasted homemade and the couple that runs the place is very kind and nice.
