Placed an order thru the app. Showed it was ready for pickup. Go inside and nothing is on the pickup rack. No workers are in the front. Wait about 10 minutes before I can ask a worker to check on my order. The young girl had a really horrible attitude and told me they were making it. I said ok. Meanwhile people are ordering their food and getting it before my order. Also orders are being put into the pickup. I'm still waiting now 20 minutes and ask the girl again about my order....read full review
It makes me wait for 40 mins to get my combo meal done and I don’t even know what take them so long because the chicken was always there. Seems like you have to stand next to the checkout counter or they never start your meal. Bad experience.
