“I love that Kasper’s has chicken dogs. I don’t eat red meat or pork so it’s so nice to have my favorite dog with mustard, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and cheese. My favorite combo!“

“I must confess, this place has become quite an addiction for me! The donuts here have a unique texture that's somewhat chewier than your typical donut, yet in the most delightful way. They offer an impressive variety, and it's exciting to see their menu evolve with new additions frequently. Every visit brings the anticipation of trying something novel, and so far, I've never been let down. We often indulge in a mixed selection of six to enjoy at home. The only slight drawback? The prices are a tad high. While this hasn't deterred us from returning, it does mean we can't visit as often as we'd like. Despite that, it's a solid four stars from me!“

“been coming here since thr late 70s some of the women have been working here for a ver long time. all the newer employees at both Hayward locations are always very friendly and the dog ate always on point. “Food was good. Not my first time and definitely not my last . There's quite a variety of items on their menu to choose from. If you're hungry and you want breakfast it's a go to spot. I never order anything other than breakfast from there. They do have lunch items on their menu as well.“

“My son and I came here two times during our visit to catch some baseball in San Fran and Oakland. Don't let the area distract you. It is heavy industrial and is fairly safe and the food here is exceptional and some of the best tacos I have ever had. For 10 to 12 bucks a person you walk out of here very full and can't complain a bit.“

With McDonald's and other fast food chains raising their prices, having a cheese dog a soda and chips is even less than a Micky D's meal! “I was up on Telegraph with Paeekaa Haackootkoo lookin for his son in law because he forgot to take his medication. I wouldn't normally go to this extreme but the dudes an albino and if he doesn't medicate each day he'll turn just as pink as Pepto Bismol from the sun. Ohh... a Casper's ...I think I'll go on and get a couple of chili dogs, all this walking around made me hungry, and Casper's puts out the best dogs in the world! The last time this little pipsqueek forgot his meds he was in Tijuana and when he turned Pepto Bismol pink the Mexican police jailed him because they thought he was from outer space, they even called NASA to come get him. Casper's sure makes great chili dogs 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“

“My experience was good when I walked in the place was very clean and Guy had very good customer service..the only thing is he was taking orders and cooking,but I understand..the beef hot dogs was very good I just wish they was a little bit bigger for $4.50 but I did enjoy it, I would go back forsure ??“

“Stopped by midweek and this place did not disappoint. Easy ordering via phone, prompt service, and delicious food. We got the Blue Heat 50/50 style and the Ramen 50/50 plus a strawberry boba. Both hot dogs were perfect with the right amount of cheese pull and loaded with flavor. We also got the Sriracha mayo which I highly recommend. Boba with fantastic; not too sweet with good flavor and the right amount of chew texture.“

“Had the Mac N Chz Winky Dinky w/ Beef Hot Link after asking the gentleman at the register what his favorite thing to eat was. Large helping of delicious creamy (not too creamy tho!) “Omgoodness I have been coming to Oakland for 17 years every other weekend and have been wanting to try this place out. So good well well worth your money. I got my husband and I both single cheeseburgers my husband had the works on his just the lettuce tomato onion He's very picky he bit into his hamburger and said now this is a burger. 30 minutes after we tried our burgers we sent our friends over there. And they said how come we've never stopped here before. This is a must have burger. It's not no frozen patties either this was a great big burger“
